- Fior-di-latte, oven-roasted brussel sprouts,prosciutto crisps, Gorgonzola, dates, walnuts, honey) was good although the crust was a little bit on the thin side and the caesar salad was more than covered in the salad dressing that it was hard to eat.The waitress asked if I wanted another salad but I already had the bad taste in my mouth. So I declined. That being said I would come back and have their pizza again.

Worst service ever. Supposed to be a table of 14 - split us into 2 tables and completely ignored one table for over 15 minutes. 9 of our guests had their food before the other 5 had even been asked about drinks.When we tried to express our disappointment the short, older, Asian lady flat out told us that we were wrong and we had no reason to be upset. She completely deflected any responsibility.By the time we had our food, our other table was already all done. Definitely not the way customer service should be done.If the server had even slightly acknowledged that we had been let down - we would have been more than understanding - but she kept insisting that she had done nothing and that we were wrong in our expectations.We asked to speak with her supervisor, or the shift manager, or the manager, our request was completely refused and we were told that our only option was to leave a review.AFTER treating us like 2 very separate tables, they tried to charge us 18% gratuity for being a group. IF they had treated us as a proper group, and taken all of orders together - even if the kids were put in first - we would have been happy to tip way more than 18% but I am not tipping someone for arguing with me after I waited 15 minutes to even order a drink.Our family eats at Ricky restaurants regularly and this is absolutely the worst service I have ever had.Will never frequent this location again. Left feeling really upset with our experience.

The pizza was amazing ! Not fatty or oily and coated in cheese. A tasty herb based pizza with fresh basil. Comfortable seats and great service.

It was our anniversary, late brunch celebration. We did not book and walk in. What a wonderful, warm, and friendly atmosphere. Cindy met us at the door, walked us to our seats, and made sure we had all we needed. Cindy served us, and when you felt like the waitress was a family friend, and then Ankit, the manager, came over, and the pattern was the same. This business is kind and seeks to meet the customer needs. They have added Famoso and its next level. We walked out and it was like saying bye to family. Thank you what a great experience. The food was a 5.
Breakfast overpriced, poor quality, nothing healthy (no fruit/yougurt).. Rip off and will never go
