Kid-friendliness: They are always so kind to the kids. Great coloring booklets with activities and of course the treasure chest

I visited Ricky's in Shawnessy, with my husband, after doing an interview over one week ago (the day we had the first bit of flurries). I was very happy by the warm welcome and excellent service by a wonderful and beautiful Philippino staff, Mikee, she is the main reason I am now visiting again. Thank you Mikee.

found a staple in my food. it stabbed my mouth and i almost choked trying to get it out.

Food was good and what you'd expect from a Ricky's.

Service wasn't the best though, never got water refills. And server was quick to leave table before everyone had a chance to ask for something. Wasn't overly busy maybe 5 tables when we were there, yet with how quickly she'd run away you'd think the place was packed.

Came for lunch with some friends. Our server was very nice and attentive, didn’t mind us taking a bit longer to order as we were having a bit of a catch up. Food was tasty. My burger was on their specials for the summer, it did not disappoint. Portions were quite big too. We had the refill soft drinks which they were very attentive to fill up as soon as we were out of. Would recommend.

It's a regular Ricky's. Average food. Kind staff, but not enough front house staff or a greeter. Still affordable, just off the mark on food flavor,

Use to be good service and food, now the service is slow and indifferent and the food is mediocre and very bland. The Shawnessy location needs help and fast. Last 2 visits were not impressive at all.
