I come on Sunday for ice cream and see little bit of line because big group take ice cream. We wait some time but Michelle and Clayton was very kind to us and give drinks to me and my husband to say sorry for waiting. Service here is really excellent and staff so friendly and generous. I am happy I find ice cream shop that now will be my regular place.

I recently did the Righteous Gelato Academy experience and enjoyed it (with a few caveats). The staff were incredibly passionate and personable, which made the whole experience even better.
They also offered a really fun and unique array of flavours to explore. My only wish is that my partner and I could have each made our own flavour — since we had to share, we both played it safe instead of experimenting, because otherwise we’d end up with 8 pints of one flavour one of us could hate. I think allowing more exploration would really improve the experience since they have so many flavours to play with! I'd think it would be feasible since the gelato making itself didn't really take that long.
I also didn't find the tour super engaging, I thought it would be more focused on the manufacturing area but it was more-so just a tour of their office. Maybe more time with the tasting stage, or getting a free drink from the cafe would be a better use of this time while we wait for the gelato to freeze!
The experience is pretty expensive and I'm not sure it really ended up being worth that price tag.
That said, it was still a very cool and memorable experience!

We did the gelato tasting and tour and it was fantastic! Anna gave us a tasting experience and described each flavour. Michelle helped us make our flavour - she let us lead what we would want to make while adding in tips about what would work and certain amounts. Clayton gave us our end tour telling us about the company in a knowledgeable way. We brought home LOTS of our own flavour of gelato and bought two other flavours that we enjoyed from our tasting. 10/10 would recommend this local and quality business !

My fiance and I came in on Sept 13 to do the Gelato Academy and we had an amazing time. The two ladies that helped us were wonderful! So sweet, knowledgeable, and conversational the whole time. The whole atmosphere of the place was beautiful. We started off getting a taste of their gelato and then got started on making our custom flavour. The employees were there with us every step of the way and made sure our gelato creation would be perfect - which it was. Being able to package our own gelato containers was wonderful too. The tour afterwards was so cool! Learning about the history of the company and its values was so interesting. I will definitely be back to buy more once we run out of our custom strawberry-matcha gelato. I want to thank the two ladies that were there today (I am so sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember their names) for being so wonderful. 10/10!

I work at Red Barn on Latoria in Victoria, BC and tried the salted caramel for the first time. Wow what a pleasant surprise, the very best ever. I actually couldn’t sleep one night and got up and had it with cut up bananas. Yum! Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure it has such pure ingredients and caring. We had an amazing experience last night! We did the gelato academy and it was so cool! Love that we were able to test all the flavours available and to learn more about the early beginnings of the company. What a cool space to work as well! The staff was so chill and friendly too! This might just be my newest hang out spot. Gotta love local ❤️
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend a gelato academy sponsored by a company, and I must say it was amazing! Venkee and his team were friendly and it reflects on them how the company treats their employees well. They do provide selections of gelato and sorbet, will definitely recommend them to others.

Big thanks to Mr Cary Grant of Ascensia & the workers (very friendly & welcoming) at Righteous Gelato for hosting a private event (very perfect for team building)! Was good to learn, but also had fun at the same time. Great they had dairy free options, everything glutten free & a hint of alcohol! They have a variety of interesting flavours, so for sure you will like at least one!
