Great happy hour!

Love coming here for oysters whenever I’m in Calgary. Great atmosphere, service, and seafood!

Wow! This is a great seafood house! Best calamari I ever had! My Meetup group and I took advantage of your happy hour specials, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and were stuffed leaving. Great value these days!

We drive 3 hours to get to Calgary and when we do, a stop at Rodneys is a must. My wife and I love everything about Rodneys and it has been a place to go for years. We met friends yesterday for happy hour and even though we have never been disappointed, our time there was the best so far. Keep up the amazing work and a special THANK YOU to our server Gracie. You went above and beyond, your are so attentive and friendly. Its clear that you love your job. TOP SHELF!!!

I recently visited Rodney's Oyster House for the first time after hearing great things, and it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, especially when it came to recommending oysters and pairings.

Making a reservation was seamless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. What added an extra layer of charm was learning about the fascinating history of the building and its location—something that gives the place even more character.

I highly recommend visiting Rodney's to experience it for yourself. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

One of my fav places in Calgary for fish tacos! They do an AMAZING taco & margarita special on Tuesdays highly recommend checking it out!

We came during happy hour and loved the offer of oysters and drink for a set price.
There are gluten-free options on the menu but I just had the oysters and mussels (I shared my fries) but they are able to swap out fries for other items. Just check with the server!

We had a great time. Our waitress was spectacular. She was friendly and took care of us. Fiid was perfect. We will be back soon

We went for the Mother’s Day brunch. The service was great, but the food was disappointing. The bread for the eggs Benedict was tough, it came with a small and thin hash brown and a side salad (a bit random for brunch). My son got the French toast, which was quite basic (piece of bread and two slices of bacon). My mom got the lobster with a side of fries, which got sent back because the fries were really hard. It’s been a few years since we’ve eaten here, and the food was always great so we were surprised. In the future, it would be nice to see some fruit (versus salads….) with the brunch dishes, especially for the cost. Unfortunately, it felt like the brunch menu was pulled together last minute. We’ll be back again to try their regular menu again and hope to have a better experience.
