I love Rosso coffee, it’s one of my favourite places to get a truly good cup of coffee and a delicious snack especially the 17th location. I find every time I go not only are the drinks great but the latte art is also truly amazing. Ive gotten lattes with swans on them before!
Typically every one is very kind and helpful, although there is one person who unfortunately I end up hopping is not working every time I come in. I believe he is the manager of this location and quite frankly he creeps me out. I have experienced this man be rude to not only myself but also other customers and mostly employees. I love this place but when this man is here it does unfortunately bring down the experience for me. I’ve witnessed this man be extremely rude creepy and weird, I can only hope that if you go to this coffee shop you don’t have to deal with this man. I hope upper management can make changes soon.

Atmosphere and decor is nice, but came in and the service was really poor :( was waiting at the counter for around 6-7 minutes , the staff was preparing something in another section of the front but didn’t acknowledge that we were standing there waiting to order although she saw us and made eye contact many times. It wasn’t busy. We ended up only getting one thing as we didn’t want to purchase anything else at this cafe. It was very strange, have never experienced this kind of service at a local coffee shop before

Rosso Coffee is my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area. The coffee is always excellent, the team is consistently friendly, and the atmosphere feels warm and reliable every time. A great place to grab a cup and recharge.

Walked in at 8:20 in the morning didn’t even get a hello or how are you this morning? I ended up leaving after a minute of no interaction, even though she was right in front of me.. I have been in the service industry for 12 years so this is crazy. Do better. Tried to call To express my feelings with the number doesn’t even work. I may be sounding like a Karen, but I’ve had an awful morning and he just made it so much worse. Thanks for nothing.

Finally visited this cafe, and it was as good as I imagined--cozy, soft comforting energy. A relaxing little spot.

Couldn’t decide between the cheddar biscuit and the cinnamon bun, but went with the biscuit and a cappuccino. ☕️
The barista asked if I wanted it grilled with butter or cream cheese — I said no at first, but later asked to warm it up with butter. And wow, it was fantastic! 😍
I thought to myself, “I could’ve missed the best part.”
Also, their croissants are amazing — I’ll definitely come back for those next time! 🥐💛

We loved the coffee and the downtown vibe. Unfortunately we weren't really happy with the ground coffee we took home, but that just means we can go for a walk for coffee more often. It's about a 15 minute walk from our apartment.

Great spot, coffee and food were all phenomenal. Roaster is a multiple time Canadian champion, they have a great drip, and did the v60 pourover perfectly. I tried the cherry bomb, cherry notes came out so well. Coffee was super tasty and the cup came out not only well balanced, but very juicy with the fruity notes.

Latte art was also incredibly sophisticated, sorry it wasn't pictured.

I just popped by to study, and the barista was thoughtful enough to give me a glass of water even though I didn't ask for it :) NO charge too! I love this shop's hospitality 10/10

Went in to get some coffee beans and they were so helpful about picking a type of coffee! They are very knowledgeable about flavours, brewing style, and origins. Also got the matcha latte to go and it was great!
