I recently visited Rosso Coffee Roasters on 17th Ave in Calgary and had their chai latte, which was amazing! The rich blend of spices and creamy texture made it a delightful treat. The staff, especially Vanessa, provided exceptional service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect environment to enjoy my drink. I highly recommend Rosso Coffee Roasters for a great chai latte experience!

Its lattes taste awesome and soups are great, too. This is one of the best coffee cafes in Calgary and the service is excellent and very friendly! I can relax and enjoy the easy morning! There are five or six branches and I usually go to Ramsay one, though.

Went on family day because everywhere else was packed. The service was phenomenal, they went above and beyond. Very kind and accommodating. There was a miscommunication with one of our drinks which was totally fine on our end and we let it go. They didn't and very kindly and unnecessarily remade the drink for us. I was so impressed with the thought.

Try ‘The Sandbag’ breakfast sandwich! Two Saturday AMs in a row it has been delicious - and under $10! Free parking on Saturdays.

OMG I've not had a pour over before so this was eye opening. Served in an Erlenmeyer FLASK with perfect 6 oz cup for sipping. Complex taste. And this Snadbag baggle has a fried texture that is so pleasing. High five to an excellent batista!

Kinda meh for me in terms of coffee quality. It’s also such a huge pet peeve when you say “to stay” and a place gives you a takeout cup. I really hate that! It diminishes the cozy vibe of drinking coffee for me. Probably wouldn’t return, nothing majorly wrong but by far not the best coffee I would expect.

Really good coffee. The location is convenient. Staff, however, majority of them are not polite. I said thank you to one of the staff three times and he didn't even blink. I politely asked him for a plate, and he replied rudely, "What?". Do better. I spend about $40 / week here. I won't be tipping anymore when I come back.

Rosso is hand's down the best coffee in the city (and I'd go as far as to say the province/western Canada) but this specific location is one of my favourites for the staff alone. The manager and the team are so friendly and helpful. They know my name, they know my order, they're prompt, and they're consistent. Highly recommend.

Good coffee, good staff. I just feel bad for the staff because obviously the owner of this place doesn’t care to staff correctly and the baristas are always short staffed.

We have been going to this branch now for several years. We visit when we can as we no longer live downtown. Customer service is always top notch, especially from Michael. He is a very good barista and is always courteous and friendly. Coffee is the best in Calgary in our opinion. Keep up the good work folks.I have suggested in the past that you establish a cafe in the south, say near Millrise or Shawnessy. Starbucks needs some competition!! ???????
