Rosso used to be our go to place, especially the 9th Ave location. Lately, we find the service to be less than it used to be. I was there today and service was the worst I’ve ever had. 4 staff, very few customers and I had to ask for my coffee after 15 minutes. The staff was more interested in socializing together than taking care of the customers.
Great coffee, and awesome syrups & almond milk. Their almond milk is not chalky or burnt like other grocery store brands. Same with coconut and soy 💯 My wife's drink wasn't made to spec, they took ownership, remade the drink and compensated us. Above and beyond customer service on a busy busy Saturday morning. Love Rosso!
Kate is the sweetest barista! She’s super friendly and always knows how to recommend something unique. And the cappuccino with the bunny art? Absolutely the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen – pure latte art magic!😍😍😍😍😍
