Very long wait for drinks. Watched a poor gentleman go up three times and ask for his drink over 15-20 min. They offer mocha and funky lattes but no whipped cream or topping which i find to be rare now?

It’s a beautiful coffee shop with a delicious coffee , so many locations all over the city , but who is actually looking after cleanliness ? We got 3 drinks , no food , a lady brought it to us and put it on this obviously dirty table , the crumbles were all over the chairs too , garbage bags were just laying by the washroom so when customers passing by it’s a pleasure to see , like what’s going on with all these people? There were at least 3-4 people working and wasn’t even busy at all , what they all are doing and getting payed for , very sad to me

Understaffed during peak hours, often long lineups and ridiculous wait times to get yr coffee. Lined up to the door today n some customers left because of it.

We like coming here, but the last 3 drinks me and my spouse have gotten here (count 6 total) have been served just barely above room temperature. I don’t like scalding hot coffee but it should at least be around or above body temperature. This is so luke warm it’s almost cold and we’ve given it two extra tries from our last poorly made drink. Unfortunately I think we’re going to have to find another coffee shop to frequent because I can’t keep wasting $7-10/drink for it to be unbearable. Also the pecan pie latte tastes only of sugar, no pecan to be found in the flavour.
