Who cuts pizza into squares? It's so greasy and soggy it's very difficult to pick up when there is no crust. Pizza was so over cooked the cheese was crispy, almost to the point of burnt. Waste of money. Won't be recommending or ordering again.

This is a tough one. Pizza is great, and it should be great. It's one of the best pizzas I've had, it would be 5 stars. But every other entrée we have tried is a huge disappointment.
Pictured the 20$ Steak Sandwich rare. Did get a side, but that slice of deli meat they called a steak is so thin it could never be anything but well done.
The 15$ burger was a frozen patty with so many toppings you could easily remove the meat and not change the end result one bit.

Just about average, not a lot of toppings volume on the Royal Special. Tasted ok but that’s it. Nothing special or to go out of your way for. So 6/10 for the pizza and 2/10 for the brown wilted leaf Greek salad. Most pitiful Greek salad ever. I mean who is silly enough to serve a salad with brown wilted leaves, well welcome to Royal Pizza in Calgary. Lol. This location is just average at best and nothing worth while trying. Edmonton locations are way better. Not sure how this location could have such a high rating. Any one who rates this place higher than two stars must be delusional on what a real pizza tastes like. I walked out of there with a Royal Special and the box was so light I knew with out looking at the pizza they were very, very light on the toppings. This location gives the franchise a bad name. The owner must be making a killing making these pizzas so light that I ate the whole medium in my car. I could never eat more than three slices of an Edmonton Royal Pizza. And Edmonton Royal Pizza tasted way, way, way better. This owner needs to be reprimanded for such shameful pizza quality.
