One of the worst bubble teas I’ve ever tasted. Was watered down with no sweetness or flavour. Also took over 10 minutes to make and the store was empty with 3 employees working.

If you're looking for the perfect bubble hot tea experience, this place is a must-visit! The tea is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, giving every sip a rich flavor and comforting aroma. There’s a wide variety of choices, from classic blends to unique house-made creations, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

What makes this place even more special is the warm and homely atmosphere, lovingly run by an elder couple who put their heart into every cup. Their kindness and passion for tea shine through, making you feel like a cherished guest in their home. If you appreciate well-brewed, aromatic, and flavorful tea with a personal touch, this is a must-try!

3.5 average spot. Cantonese based spot inside the mall. A good amount of drink options . Ordering the bubble waffle, you'll need to wait a bit as it's made to order. The drinks are well tasting but can be a tad too sweet. Heavily enforced no outside drinks allowed and also must order before sitting down. It's a good hit the spot place.

Bubble tea store inside of Dragon city mall. It is quieter compare to other stores inside of the mall, good spot to take a rest while you shop.

Operation is pretty slow though, I went Sat afternoon but only one person working at the store. Menu is big and pricing is not too bad.

The drinks we got were ok. A guy was playing the piano there, which was nice. Place quite dated.

Yummy! The bubble teas here are fantastic, especially when enjoyed with friends. The place gets busy on weekends with lots of customers, but it's worth the wait. And don't forget to try the waffles—they're a must!

I like their milk tea and fruit flavoured tea is because I can really taste “tea” plus milk. It’s very tasty and very similar to the original Taiwanese bubble tea.
Relaxing atmosphere and clean tables. One of the gems in this mall.

I absolutely love this boba store, it's located in Dragon City Mall. It's one of the many gems in chinatown and I believe it's family owned too. They have a karaoke setup where I saw many Chinese elderly gathering singing and dancing. Such a heartwarming sight.

I got their House Milk Tea w/ less ice and 30% sugar. I have no complaints about my drink whatsoever, the black tea flavour shined and the sweetness level was just right. It didn't feel diluted at all, which is my problem with a lot of other shops where their milk teas taste like watered down milk and barely has any tea flavour. I got my drink with grass jelly which was so soft and silky. Although the tapioca here is a little bit soft and bland, it didn't bother me that much.

Their egg waffles are also delicious! Mine was crispy on the edges and soft on the inside. Perfect amount of chew and even when it cooled down, I still enjoyed it. Can't wait to revisit whenever I'm in the area :)

Ordered the mango Bubble tea and Mango bits to go in it, by far the worst I’ve ever had it was sour and the ice wasn’t broken up.

Very charming bubble tea spot. I used to come here to do some work and to play the piano whenever it was uncovered. They have wifi and outlets but not a lot of seats, but if you go during their less busy hours it’s not a problem. They also host karaoke nights with a karaoke setup and everything. This place is one of the things I miss most about Calgary.
