if you haven’t tried this place and are googling places, this is the spot to go! Very friendly owner (Pat) older gentlemen helped me with my families order. He was very nice and is great at conversations and connecting with customers. Like all other reviews, the creme brulee brown sugar is to die for!Goodbye other boba places hello royaltea ! :)

Sep. 24 ‘22, 20:40H. It was late in the evening and Kate, the sales associate who helped me in Royaltea was still serving with a smile. She was helping me with the menu. As a lactose-intolerant customer, it was great to be given options!She also even mentioned that I dont have to look up the screens to not strain myself and offered the QR code. Her customer service (at the time of the day) was notable. Kate even thanked ME which I appreciated as a patron.A family on the other table had a child’s iced drink spill on the floor. Kate had offered to replace it with a new drink. That is refreshing to see! While it is a for-profit business, what Kate demonstrated is that she knows the customer experience is key to success (i.e. returning patrons). Treat customers well and they will come back.More power Royaltea! Please recognize staff that have demonstrated excellent service in their work.

This bbt place is so cute, the service is amazing. The one making my bbt order was really sweet and offered to keep the extra drinks i bought to be placed in the fridge since i wanted to sit and try my first drink. The cream brulee boba is definitely my go to now. Its my first time here and definitely did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Obviously its gonna be the new hang out place after my classes as well!

Best bubble tea in town! My family drives out of our way to go here. The pearls are always cooked to perfection and the refreshers aren't too sweet like some other places.
