I love the taste of the bubble tea here but on the 3 occasions I’ve been here, my order has been gotten wrong… On the first occasion I let it go because I thought perhaps I hadn’t explained myself well enough and that there had been some confusion, despite getting completely the wrong tea. on the second I let it go too because it was just more ice than I’d asked for, but on the third occasion, I was charged $2 more than I expected, which maybe I should have mentioned as I was paying, and was then handed completely the wrong tea again. This time I actually spoke up and asked the person serving to make the right one; the less expensive one, which was given to me with no mention of compensating the extra amount I paid for the drink… I could have said something at that point too but the person serving me barely heard me say excuse me the first time, given they were wearing AirPods. I get that the service industry is rough and I hated working in it when I did but if you’re going to wear headphones while working, at least take the time to confirm the order…

This is by far the best bubble tea place in Calgary!! The owners are super friendly and helpful! Their drinks always taste wonderful, the flavours just pop in your mouth. I would truly recommend to try this place, without a doubt it will become your new go to!

Royaltea is one of my favorite spots for bubble tea drinks. Since I have a sweet tooth, I always go for the Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée or the one with Oreo crumbs, and they never disappoint. The drinks are rich, flavorful, and always hit the spot. The staff is super friendly and always ready to explain more about the menu or suggest something new to try. It’s a great place to satisfy your milk tea cravings and feel welcome at the same time!
Their Crème brûlée boba is a must! Amazing customer service and cool ambiance, 10/10 would recommend
