We are repeat customers on Mondays for the Billie's smash burger pop up. This time I brought my brothers and they all loved their burger choices too! Service is always on point and the music took us back to the days of 80's and 90's hip hop. Everyone was planning their next visit's burger orders, so we are sure to go back!

Chef Roy Oh of Roy's creates high impact dishes with rich flavours and fusions that work really well. Service was prompt and the kitchen kept us delighted with a steady stream of arrivals to the table. The space looks sharp and the music was high energy. The best stuff on the menu isn't on DoorDash, get yourself down here for a memorable meal!

Best spot in the city, sometimes I feel like I should gatekeep it but they are so good that I have to tell everyone I know. The vibe, food and the service is absolutely incredible. Also my guy Chris always with the positive vibes and great service. Great people, great vibes, great music, and the cherry on top amazing food! Please come visit you won’t regret it!

Start off with the host being an exceptional cool guy. Chatted off and on all night. His recommendations of the fire chicken, the Brussels sprouts and the special appetizer was spot on. Great job to everyone there!! Also enjoyed watching the very energetic bartender mix drinks getting quite the aerobic workout shaking the drinks. We will be back soon!!!

We came to Roy's as a rare date-night while on holiday and pseudo-celebration of our anniversary later in September. We had been to, and deeply loved, Anju many times before and were overjoyed to hear that Roy's was continuing to carry the torch.

We sat at the bar on a Tuesday night at their 4th street location, our favourite place to sit in any restaurant for the front-row seat to the magic. Aside from the foot-high barricade (which was helpful as we propped the menu against it), we did get to see and smell the fired orders first-hand. The BBQ set-up particularly wafted some incredible scents our way.

But the food was why we were there -- and for lovers of Anju, we were not disappointed. The brussels sprouts, brilliant; the fire chicken indeed fiery; the tofu and kimchi were wonderful; the KFC sliders worth returning for; but the Oxtail tortellini were undoubtedly the highlight: I would be lying if I said I didn't occasionally dream about them. We finished with the rice krispies dessert which, in turn, rounded the evening brilliantly on a complex sweet note.

The staff were attentive without hovering, the space was clean and lively, but the food alone is worth the visit. Roy knows his food, and his team, clearly devoted to his vision, provide such an enjoyable experience for the diner -- worth flying across the ocean for.

Roy's Kitchen delivers a delightful dining experience with its cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The menu features a range of well-prepared dishes, with the Brussels sprouts standing out as a must-try—they are perfectly seasoned and cooked to a crisp, making them a memorable highlight of the meal. Overall, Roy's Kitchen is worth a visit, especially for those who appreciate exceptional Brussels sprouts.

Me and my wife travel to Banff and Calgary and luckily found this nice Korean fusion restaurant. All foods are delicious and nicely presented. We went to Roy’s twice and plan to be there one more time while we stay at Calgary. We specifically thank to Chris who is friendly, kind, and professional. Thank you Chris. We appreciate your kindness.

Had an exceptional dining experience at Roy's! Our waitress, Jin Hee (I hope I got the name right), provided amazing service that truly enhanced our visit. The food was incredible—especially the Chicken and Cheese, Truffle Yam Fries, and the Tiger Roll. Each dish was incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend Roy's for anyone looking for top-notch Korean cuisine and stellar service!

Food was incredible. Everything we had was delicious.

Cocktails were okay.

The music playing in the restaurant was quite loud and chaotic. It would have improved the atmosphere if the genres were consisted. We went from Ja Rule to Pink to Eminem to Chamillionaire.
