The food was good, the fried pork intestine doesn’t stink, well-seasoned. The chicken with soya was fine, I’m not a very big fan of it. The seafood fried rice was my fave. The service was fine. Heads up, a 10% gratuity is already included if you dine in. Maybe because of the people who dines and do not tip at all.

3 stars cause the food was "ok". Wife was fine with her hot pot, but my Almond Chicken came with a side of gravy that I couldn't distinguish what it was, besides bad. Also my Almond Chicken came with cashews instead of almonds, and on a bed of dry noodles... Odd, but the wife ate it. As for the service, well... Right from entering the restaurant the waitress yells, with attitude, across the room "bowl or plate?"... Our answer was "no idea till we know what we are getting". Makes sense, right? Wife gets her hot pot (in a pot) and rice (in an individual bowl), and asks for a plate, in which the waitress snaps back, "That's why I asked you when you came in if you wanted a plate or a bowl." With snappy attitude, and banging dishes, it was unpleasant stay. And then we asked for the bill, she added her own tip to the bill! The audacity! I walked out and had the wife pay. I was having none of that. So, like I said three stars for the food but have it for take out or for delivery. Don't waste your time going in.

Refused to serve us food 1.5 hours before they closed while many people were seated. Not sure if they judged us because who we were but it seemed pretty offensive. Smelled weird in there so might be for the best
I have had take out twice now from Ruby Queen. Both times the people there have been incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to. I have tried about 10 different dishes so far and always found the food to be both tasty and full of flavor. In addition they were more generous with the portion sizes. They were also very accommodating towards my food allergy and I haven't had any issues with cross contamination.

Would give lees stars if possible, maybe negative 3. Food wasn't tasty or appetizing at all. Afterwards 3 out of 5 people who ate the food developed severe, multiple day food poisoning from several of the dishes. I am severely immunocompromised and the food poisoning put me at severe risk. My husband and father in law also had severe food poisoning. My daughter also had a stomach ache. We had to throw the majority of the food out. Save yourself a miserable 3 day bout of vomiting and diarrhea by eating somewhere else. I will be reporting to AHS also.

I've searched high and low for a replacement Chinese food restaurant. Chinese Valley changed owners and the food went with the previous owner. Ruby Queen is now my go to Chinese Restaurant. The food tastes incredible. The staff is friendly and tge service is always spot on.

I rarely every write reviews but after reading some I felt I had to. I've lived near this place for years without knowing how good it is. The only thing I don't understand are a few other reviews calling the owner and staff rude/unprofessional. To me they've been nothing but polite and really accommodating (food restrictions for health and religious reasons)As somebody who's spent years in a kitchen I can tell you the customer is rarely always right lol, I think some of you might just be the issue.
