Rusty's Roadhouse

Good concept, smells good but the atmosphere, lack of service and cold food was disappointing. Love brisket but would probably not return.

Our group of seven family made a reservation and attended this past Saturday at 5:30. The service was extremely slow and the food took forever. They were showing breast enhancement surgery on the tv. When my order came it was completely wrong and they only offered 15% off the one meal which I didn’t eat. The staff were nice but totally overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them and still left an 18% tip on a 200.00 bill. A manager should have taken charge and apologized.
I would not recommend going to Rusty’s on a Saturday night.

Food is average at best. Very little flavor and comes off quite bland.
Had the Double patty burger and to be honest have had better burgers at 5 guys or smash.

By the time was half way though the bun was a soggy mess due to grease.

Tried it, wouldn't go back.

i have to say one of the worse plates of nachos i’ve ever had the cheese wasn’t even melted The server was great and was very apologetic If they can’t get nachos right what else is the actually food like Didn’t want to stay went else were

The food is pretty but they have terrible service like just lazy people always try and order certain foods off skip and they instead of making the food they just cancel my orders how hard is to make some soup these guys are a joke

We had the best waitress. She did so much - she waited on us, bartendered, cleaned and covered us patrons. She has to be the best server that we have encountered. She works very hard! Don't lose her!

I love this restaurant. They have a private room with a aux cable for music and make events really easy to host. They have amazing quality food and great food pricing. I love their happy hour 2-4 and 8 PM on with so many items $10-12 definitely a great place to have in the community for families and friends.

When we moved to the lounge, there was only 2 tables there, plus 17 of us, which is an additional 4 tables. You had a staff member call in sick, so that's not your patrons problem you were understaffed, and missed out on additional sales.
1 star for the server and bartender on Sunday afternoon. They deserve it. But we were quite shocked when we had a booking at 3:00 p.m. for 25 people and the waitress had to come up and tell us that there was another booking at 4:45 and that we had to finish up and pay up and then go towards the lounge area. Wow. OK. A double booking. The kicker is once we got to the lounge they had to turn us away because there was too many of us for the bartender. Not enough staff to serve us drinks. Unbelievable!!!
We've never been pushed out of a restaurant or bar before. And even at 4:45 there was only about 17 people left and they still couldn't handle that
Zero stars for customer service. I'm not sure who made that call if it was the bartender or a manager but we literally had to leave and go next door and give them our money instead. Unfortunately I don't see Rusty's lasting very much longer

Food wasn’t super impressive. It could have been due to the fact we came in an hour before closing, I’d be willing to try it again.

Popped in yesterday for the 1st time, was so impressed, service was excellent. The food was delicious.
The restaurant was extremely clean, well laid out and we were able to sit in a quiet sun room area that was awesome for having a quiet conversation with friends/family.
Only thing I found goofy was $2 for extra blooming onion sauce. The original amount wasn't enough, the extra charge was dumb.

Place is really nice inside!! Great atmosphere and the waitress was incredibly nice and quick for being alone. I got the lobster ravioli! It tasted great but 6 total ravioli for $24 and no noticeable chunks of lobster or crab was mildly disappointing, otherwise I will be back to try other things!

Been here 5 times now food is really good, service is really good and prices are amazing. Clean and modern set up with a BBQ smokey atmosphere. Dining area or bar area everything is smart and professional. Depending on what time you are there the food service can be feom lightening fast to moderate. Happy Hour deals are fantastic. An average bar meal burger and fries / Quesadillia and 5 beers cost $70..
I would 100% recommend this restaurant as a night out, a casual drop in, or maybe a meal before or after the cinema just across the parking lot.
