First time trying out this place. Hubby and I walked in on a Monday around 6pm. Ordered 2 beers, i had the classic burger for $12, and hubby got the brisket special. Everything was delicious. Very good BBQ, and i finally found my go to place for a good burger. We will be back for sure ? Service was excellent, she was pretty much taking care of the whole restaurant at this time and making drinks. Wish i got her name.

Family of 4 went in on a Sunday evening. And we were all pleased we tried it.Appetisers were great, so as the main courses.We would of gave 5 stars if we had received the side of veggies requested. But the burnt "corn on the cob" (with free fries as a make up for it) kinda deserve this.Our host/server was friendly and attentive. She did notice a mistake from the kitchen and turned around before serving one of the burger.We will come back.Parking: General parking area from strip mall.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Door buttons did not activate neither doors, but it was not hard to push them open.
Came here for the first time today! Lovely staff and delicious food! Our waitress Sam was delightful, very friendly and timely with service! Will be back to try more items from the menu and enjoy the atmosphere here. Perfect for a bite before a movie at Landmark!

I had the pasta primavera which was very tasty but I never received the garlic bread to go with…or the fork you need to eat it. The service was horrendous to say the least. They say 3rd time is a charm… my first 2 visits weren’t great either…. well it isn’t! I will never go back. Terrible, terrible.I did say I would not put up a review until I realized that I also did not receive part of my order. On top of everything I felt ripped off. Yes, you were gracious enough to give us a free dessert and we appreciated that, but considering how stressed we felt leaving there it did not compensate. Sorry if you felt that was being dishonest.

Went here for the first time and everything was wonderful. The service was friendly and welcoming. The prices are great ($12 for a burger and fries. $16 for half rack of ribs with a side) and the food was fantastic.I had the bbq ribs and I couldn't even pick up a bone without all the meat falling right off! Amazingly tender.We went as a family and it was a great all around experience. We will definitely be going back to Rusty's!

My husband Glen & I have been going to Rusty’s since it first open , we love it there! We have even brought family from Ontario to dine there last summer and they enjoyed both the food and atmosphere and the prices!
