Ruth's Chris Steak House

⸻ Ruth's Cris team create a truly lovely atmosphere at this restaurant. Our waiter was extremely attentive and made our experience very special. It was my husband's birthday, and they went above and beyond—decorating our table, providing a thoughtful card, and even giving us a complimentary cake. The steak was absolutely out of this world, and the baked potato was enormous! The soups and salad were equally delicious. Truly an amazing place—I can't recommend it enough!

Anthony is the best server at Ruth's Chris steakhouse. The food is great and the ambiance is phenomenal.Will def go back!!

Great food and ambience, food is a little expensive compared to other same quality steak restaurants.

The experience was outstanding. Steak bites were so tender and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and personal. Ambiance was upscale and moody — perfect for pictures! I will definitely be back again.

Good experience besides the threat to charge for a no-show when we were right on time for our reservation.

Overall, the atmosphere is very nice. We were celebrating our anniversary and had booked on open table which was very easy. The hostess was very kind and took us to our table which they had sprinkled some glitter effects and left a card for us. Nice touch. I would order the filets for steaks and not any of the rib eye choices. The rib eye was very this and disappointing in that it was on the tough side. The vegetable dishes were delicious. The desserts were incredible. They surprised us with the Chocolate Sin Cake with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate for us. The appetizer though was disappointing: we ordered the crab cakes, which were very tasty but I had to take out a big piece of shell, which I noted to the waiter who was present at the table when it happened. He seemed to dismiss my comment. To our surprise we had the CPS Gang Suppression Unit come into the restaurant during our time and walk through while we were eating. We will say that it was very disconcerting. While this was our first time at the restaurant we left feeling a bit underwhelmed and will most likely not book again.

Service unfortunately was not good the waitress was way more focused on the other table beside us. Forgot to bring things we ordered. Food was good once it all came out.

My steak was greasy and underwhelming.. either not a great cut, or cooking process made it not very good. my baked potato was barely warm. didn't complain in the restaurant, I was on a timeline, but for the price, the 16oz ribeye was a big disappointment. the sides were really good, and my girlfriends trio was good (the shrimp was under seasoned but that is just being picky)

I basically like everything at Ruth Chris. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. Unlike so many places the noise level is low, that allows you to have a conversation as you may in your own home.

We used to frequent Ruth Chris often and found it consistently great tasting food and great service. The food is not as good as it used to be and the cost is up. Disappointed.

I loved coming to Ruth's to celebrate special occasions and it was my favourite steak house in the city... But, they stopped serving USDA Prime beef which was the main reason I loved coming here. I feel like this made Ruth's unique and provided an offering you couldn't get anywhere in the city. Not sure if I will be back due to this unfortunately.

Worst service in all the years going to this restaurant Drink order took 3 tries to get right Main course arrived 40 minutes after appetizer yet they were ordered same time and then the shoestring fries were cold , burnt and had to be replaced Although the steak was perfectly cooked the other factors spoiled the experience Will be a while before we consider returning
