They were great the place was really full and it was right before a concert so a little on the loud side. The service was good we didn't feel rushed the timing was good giving us enough time to get to our seats. The pre-set menu was very good and had good options for the price.
The food at the Saddleroom was a bit hit-and-miss. The crab cakes, although flavorful, were a little dry, and the rectangular shape left them with too many hard, crispy corners that detracted from the texture. The striploin was well-prepared and tasty. While mine had a bit of gristle, my guest's was perfectly tender, so it may just have been an unlucky cut on my part. I had a great experience at the Saddleroom Grill with my good friend, my son, and his friend before a game at the Saddledome. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent—everything was well-prepared and tasted great.
