Wow. Incredible Indian street food. We had the prawn curry thali with roti and papadam, lentil Dahl, samosa chaat, stuffed puri, and Chole Bhature, and ALL were super tasty and I’d have them again. We stopped here twice on our Calgary foodie trip. Located in a buzzing food market that also sells alcohol for those who want it. Highly recommend this place. Friendly staff, too.
Some of the most authentic Indian food I’ve had in Canada except for the price point which is just about average for other joints in Canada. I appreciate the effort to construct authentic and sometimes complex dishes in as close to ‘fast’ food as possible. Their kitchen is open to onlookers and clean and honestly even though we had to wait 20mins I was satisfied.
Hadn’t eaten here in a while. It was busy so we had to wait a bit but all good. Food was fresh and tasty. Ordered a plate and a Kati roll. I work a couple blocks away so I’ll be back again.
