Beautifully clean aesthetic in this wide open lounge that calls on you to to be reminded of being in nature - almost like a fancy respite out in a rainforest somewhere, just without all the humidity and bugs.Service was super pleasant, and attentive. Sohna is an absolute gem. Always smiling - her joy is contagious.I ordered the Sage Classic. Your standard 2 egg plus choice of protein (or mushroom/tomato veggie option) breakfast with your selection of toast with homemade raspberry preserves - I'll probably come back just to find other things to dip in/put it on; it's that good - with a side of fruit. Clean, simple, delicious flavours.I opted to try the house smoked back bacon, which unfortunately was a little disappointing. It was nicely seared on the flat top, but it was quite dry and I couldn't detect a hint of smoke whatsoever - I'd probably give this a miss, if you're considering it.Overall, I'm quite pleased, even considering you're paying a bit of a premium because you're eating in a hotel.Parking: AMPLE parking. If you can't find parking, you're not in the right location.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheelchair accessibility, with nice low banquettes and booths, which should make for easy roll-up dining or transfer over access.

Everything about this restaurant is a 5/5. Great food, excellent service, nice open air feeling to the place. We had breakfast there. The mushrooms on toast and classic Benny were excellent. I recommend this place if you are in the area for a breakfast or brunch.

Great hidden gem in the hotel! Friendly staff, and amazing food. I just had the best French Dip and it was made GF for me. Dedicated fryer as well.

The food here is so fresh and full of flavor. The mimosa was definitely a perfect match with breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

Our experience was not great. Table was not ready for us even with a reservation. After being seated we received water but ended up waiting 30 minutes before one of our party asked for service. We were told someone would be with us shortly. After another 10 minutes we again requested service. The staff seemed totally confused. Finally the young man behind the coffee bar took our order. Once the order was taken another young man served us and he was attentive and provided us with excellent service. Food was good but we were disappointed in the overall experience.

I'm so happy I ended up spending my morning at the Sage & Co. The Greek Avocado Toast was phenomenal and the service was fantastic. What a great spot to sit, enjoy great food, and get some work done. Very grateful for this spot.

Food was delicious! Would go back just for the food. Service was super slow. I stood waiting for my table for 5 minutes, which is not horrible however, it was not busy and no one acknowledged me. Once I was sat, I wasn't brought menus for a bit, I suppose as my party had yet to arrive but I could have ordered a drink while waiting. Once things got going, service was very slow and we often had to go up to the bar to ask for whatever we needed.

Great Benny breakfast, coffee and quick service on Saturday morning. The steelhead trout Benny has a spread of subtle flavour that is more or less wiped out by the bruschetta and arugula. I’d go for the Canadian instead next visit.

Excellent and personalized service. Have been there a few times for brunch when in town and the food is decent. They don't have much variety of teas. Coffee is good. Last time in, tried the avocado bread and was quite disappointed. The avocado is not fresh. It tasted like store bought guacamole with a strong fake taste. The toast was soaked, not crispy. The presentation is beautiful though. Friends tried the mushroom omelet and another dish and they were very satisfied.

Excellent breakfasts. I stayed at the hotel and had breakfast at Sage & Co. We were served by the waitress Marsha (I hope I remembered and wrote her name correctly) She was friendly and professional. The food was fresh and well cooked. I liked the cozy tables with sofas. It was a very good experience.

Breakfast here is an absolute delight!!! This restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel, plenty of parking is available beside the main entrance. First of all the decor is classy and modern, there's a bar area with stools as well as round tables and booths available. We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't that busy at all which was nice!! We were seated right away and were given waters. I got their coffee and the pancakes and let me just say these pancakes are to die for!!! Fluffy and crunchy toppings and super sweet (which is perfect for sweet tooth's like me). They even provided extra caramel sauce and maple syrup but every layer of pancake was lined with toppings already. Just absolutely wowed away by their breakfast food and as we were paying they even gave me a coffee to go!! You can really tell they care about making your experience great, and their attention to details makes this restaurant a must in my books.

We booked in for Christmas dinner. It was a pre set menu offering of three courses. It took 2 1/2 hours to be served the three courses and there were maybe 12 people in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were a lot of people working on the floor. Maybe they had a back kitchen issue of being understaffed. I'm always thankful for people who work on Christmas as it's a time I spend time with family so it's difficult to leave a poor review however having an elderly person and my toddler out for a set three course meal that almost took three hours to eat was a terrible experience.
