We love a good banh mi. For $9, this place is worth a try! I had the charbroiled pork and my boyfriend had the house special. I think I’m gonna stick to my beef satay next time though! My boyfriend enjoyed his as it had good tasting pâté.

This place is an institution and still has the best Vietnamese subs anywhere. I grew up in Calgary, left 15 years ago, but every time I come back to visit this is one of the first and last places I hit up. Legit bread, meat, veggies, and best of all their green onion sauce. It's magical. If only I could convince them to open up a shop in Toronto and Ottawa.

Very disappointing. —— Quick, cheap, consistent, and delicious! The limited menu really packs a punch and works in their favour for consistent flavour, appearance, and quantity. Perfect balance of meat, vegetables, and sauce every time. The bread is amazing as well, always perfectly crusty and fresh tasting. Super filling as well.
I do order my subs with no cilantro and will usually find a couple (small) leaves anyways so maybe keep cross contamination in mind before ordering if you have allergies.
