I must say this could be an all time low for Saigon Nights which in the past was a good restaurant.
Had shrimp rolls last week and they skillfully cut each shrimp in half lengthwise, placing them in the wrap to cleverly to look like they are whole shrimps. Hiding the fact you are getting next to nothing for your $9 rolls, other than a bit of lettuce and rice.
