Great place for lunch! I have had better pho in the area but still delicious! Broth flavour wasn’t the best but beef was fantastic. Spring rolls are also great!

Fresh rolls were ok. They were falling apart and the sauce is really thin. Pho broth was really good but stingy in the protiens. If your hungry better get a large.

Sate beef pho was not good at all, only got two stars because they do give a good portion of it all

We had an excellent pho here. The broth was really good and the portion was huge. Our food came quickly and our servers were great. Its definitely a better place than most Viet restaurants. The food was of a high quality for sure.

We love the idea of a community Pho restaurant. Not sure why we go back, though. Each time we hope for better. I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated. Unfortunately, the poor service and hospitality takes away from what would be a go to for us.

Service was fine and plenty of parking in the area. Their vermicelli was great and so was their deep fried wontons. However their pho was too bland. Broth was just sweet and nothing else. I'd recommend their vermicelli, but their pho is not good. Portion size was okay, although the large pho is probably comparable to a regular/medium size elsewhere.

Popped in here unexpectedly and was very pleased with the experience. We both had vermicelli and it was some of the best I’ve had.

Had the special (#31D I think), it had very flavourful variety of meats and fresh crispy veggies. Amazing portions provided for a great price. Very happy with the food, quick service and well cleaned and maintained dining area.

Highly recommended.
