Shrimp tempura was okay, pricey for 6 small shrimps with way too much breading. Sate beef noodle soup was also ok, wasn’t particularly spicy but felt that they tried to add a lot of chili to compensate for their beef broth which was a little bland. The rice noodles were overcooked for both of our sate beef’s- the noodles almost disintegrated and melted in the mouth when you put it in your mouth, I prefer more of a chew/al dente in my rice noodles. Service was a little disappointing considering we were the only table in the restaurant. Had to get up to ask for drinks ourselves as we weren’t really checked on, and when we were ready to pay I had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to come as they were all in the back.

Delicious. We had rare beef noodle soup and chicken with soft egg noodles stir fried. Food came out fast. Potions are very large and meals were satisfying . Service can be a bit slow but I prefer that to bugging us every 2 min. We'll be back

Really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered the pho satay but got the regular pho instead. The broth was so bland and completely missed the flavor I was expecting. The restaurant did offer to replace it, but we declined — it’s a 15-minute drive each way, and it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

It’s frustrating because this place used to be great, but both the food and service have really gone downhill lately. Definitely not the quality it used to be.

The pho was good but the portion was not as much as you would typically get at other places. I usually get a regular sized pho an order of spring rolls and be stuffed. I didn’t feel I received the value, next time I may try the large. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

I always like this place and it's delicious, so I went there last week and ordered it today... I've felt it since last time, but the taste of pho soup has definitely changed! The kids ate it today and the taste changed too much. Did the chef change it? I don't think I'll go for a while.

My husband loves this place but I got the most HORRIBLE SICKNESS immediately after eating our take out. I definitely got food poisoning !! Yuck I can’t go back.

Food is always good, but expect poor service. Even for something as simple as takeout, communication was very poor. Staff wouldn't listen to the information they were requesting.

Another time, takeout order wasn't prepared when I scheduled it ahead of time. Had to wait for order to be made in the kitchen.

If you can, spare yourself any headache and order delivery if you want to eat from here. Don't get me wrong, thew food is good.

I ordered with two dishes and there was a bug in my food. Absolutely disgusting. Now we cannot eat either dish that we ordered. Hoping to receive a refund but we will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Great food, large menu, clean dining area and washrooms. Service was slow and our server was taciturn, lacking in personality. He seemed confused by the job and may have been new.

Absolutely love the atmosphere and foods here. Comparing to other Pho restaurants in NW, the price is fair with the portions of the foods. The appetizer is so refreshed with green apple. And all the dishes we had tried are all so delicious and flavorful.
