I go there mainly for the home-made tortilla soup and pozole. Both are excellent. There is also a great selection of dried chiles.

Very cute authentic Mexican shop/ restaurant! Stopped in to grab a certain item and ended up walking out with more as I couldn't help but try some of their homemade frozen food items!
This humble shop just screams "home". The shelves full of complete and amazing Mexican ingredients share a story of flavor and culture. They also offer some food during lunch and they use their own ingredients, too! This is a wonderful slice of Mexico here in Calgary.Jean is also an amazing shopkeep; she has all the tips and tricks for you if you're planning on cooking authentic Latino dishes. We went to check the place out cause our friends ate their earlier and it was delicious! We didn't realize they were closed but the sweetest woman greeted us with such open arms and let us get in an order. It was definitely the most wholesome experience I've ever had, and everything that we got was SOOOOO good, and fresh!! Thank you again!!
