they just reopened today and we happened to get in the area. they are well set up for social distancing. we had nachos and calamari with some virgin margaritas. the services was quick, the staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious and authentic. who could ask for more. I hope their business gets back to being busy soon because they are going everything right.
I've been going to the one in Bowness for the years. A little bit pricey for Mexican but the quality is there. I think your experience really depends on the waiter you get that night. They are Margarita and Tequila experts. Mole, Salsa, and Sangria also excellent.

Worst Mexican food I have had in my entire life. I hope this is not the standard for Calgary. We ordered chips and salsa to start and tacos and a burrito for the main course. The chips and salsa tasted like nothing we've ever had before, to put it nicely.They also cost $12. TWELVE DOLLARS. FOR CHIPS AND SALSA? Every other Mexican restaurant I have gone to has given these complimentary or if they cost money it was definitely not $12? I wouldn't even pay that much for chips and guacamole. The main meals were bland, tasteless and underwhelming. The plain chips had more flavor than the main courses. The burrito was more like an enchilada with red sauce on top. The beans on the side tasted like chocolate - perhaps a mole? Not quite sure about that one. Finally, the corn was served cold. It was as if it came straight out of the fridge with a slab of butter on it. Save your money and go somewhere else. You would have been more satisfied with a meal from Taco Bell than here. At least Taco Bell has flavour.
