Chef Christopher and server Patrick made our evening so memorable. The food was excellent and sitting at the bar gave us an opportunity to watch Chef in action. The 90's alternative rock was an added bonus. Loved it all and would highly recommend hitting one of Pasta Boy From Oz's pop ups.

We went to the Pop up Pasta Boy from Oz at Sapore last night and it was a truly wonderful culinary experience! Chef Christoper Hyde did a phenomenal job putting all the of the dishes together. We pretty much tried every dish on the menu and couldn’t fault any of them. They were all delicious! Patrick provided the most caring service we’ve had in a long time and made the whole experience so enjoyable for our group. Thank you gentlemen for an unforgettable evening full of great food and laughs. We will be back for sure.

Tried the chicken Alfredo and the ricotta ravioli at sapore and it was some of the best pasta I have in Calgary. Very delicious and chef sent out a panna cotta which was amazing.
Absolutely outstanding meal. This restaurant is a hidden gem with an authentic and hand crafted Italian menu. The chef went out of his way to treat us to some special dishes that weren't even on the menu. Extremely creative and well put together. Would certainly recommend.

Finally managed to check our Sapore and was not disappointed. We had the Gnocchi Carbonera and Fennel salad and both were top notch. The SunnyCider paired nicely :) Service was perfect. Presentation wonderful.Highly recommend

Restaurant was not busy so not loud. I could see how it may be loud due to the hard surfaces. Prices were reasonable value. Wine was good as was the appetizers but sadly one members main pasta course was way too salty. This was mentioned to server. Don't know if we would go back. Would only recommend with caveats.

Went to Sapore for a Mother’s Day brunch and loved it!!! The service was amazing, our waitress Alycia made sure we had a wonderful experience we cannot thank her enough. The food was outstanding 10/10! I just wanted to thank the staff for taking time away from their families so that we could enjoy time with ours we will definitely be going back!!!

Came tonight with another couple, ordered drinks and were ready to order our appies and entrees when we were told by the waiter that they stopped serving “entrees” as their menu had changed. Oh really? It’s still on your website! Thanks for telling us - very embarrassing, as we had invited our guests to try out this new restaurant. Paid the drink bill and left to the Nash where we had a great dinner. Very disappointed that the menu change was neither on their website nor communicated to us in advance OR EVEN upon arrival! Won’t be back. EVER.
