Lady nice and sweet but the cookies are Basically Pure Butter it's like biting into butter mixed with sugar and one cookie is 6.30$ sorry not worth it my hubby loves cookies and eats cookie every day and he couldn't even finish 1 out of the 2 I got cuz of how much Butter there was

I went with a friend yesterday, we drove all the way from the south based on a word of mouth recommendation and let me tell you it was worth every time. Each cookie is made with true thought and love, Sarah herself is incredibly kind and thoughtful. She provides excellent service and is truly a splendid business owner doing something truly amazing!
If you love Crumbl, you will die for Sarah's cookies! Absolutely amazing!

Me and the kids Decided to try out these cookies, let me tell you we are forever hooked!!! The best cookies we have ever had! Customer service was great, very kind and helpful. Did I mention the cookies are huge!! We definitely will be ordering again.

We went here on my sons birthday. He always wants a cookie instead of cake. Oh my God were we surprised at the selection of cookies; it was hard to decide. We got the S'more, reese's peanut butter, chocolate Chunk, and the Lotus. They were all amazing but the Lotus was our absolute favourite. It was a cookie butter cookie stuffed with cheese cake filling *drool
First of all, the customer service is a 10/10. Sarah is lovely to deal with. There was a miscommunication (on my part) and she totally went above and beyond to fix it which was super nice. The COOKIES (I ordered 8 flavours) are amazing! 12/10. The flavours are spot on and they taste like they are made with love. I live just outside of Calgary and we have a “fancy” cookie shop in my town… When I tell you the 40 min drive each way for Sarah’s Cookies is beyond worth it… I MEAN IT. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place.
