I’ve ordered breakfast from here a couple times and it was really good! Their homemade hollandaise and banana bread (choconana) were the highlight for me.

I am extremely disappointed and genuinely shocked by my experience with this restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats and received rotten food; a wrap ($14.49) that was visibly spoiled upon arrival. When I brought this to their attention, the server Rose acknowledged it, but what followed was even more frustrating. The portion size of their $15.49 tofu veggie rice bowl was unbelievably small; barely a handful of vegetables and rice. When I questioned it, Rose defended it by saying the price was “justified” for the “regular” portion shown in the attached pictures. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I was stunned by the complete lack of accountability and basic customer care. Her tone was cold, and dismissive, offering no real concern or solution beyond a surface-level apology. The attitude alone made the situation worse; absolutely unacceptable in any service environment. Between spoiled food, ridiculously small quantities, and poor customer service, this place has lost all credibility in my eyes. I would never order from or visit here again.

My Husband and I stumbled upon this place not knowing how amazing it would be. As vegans we always try and look for places we can eat. It was so delicious. We are definitely coming back for more. Would recommend to anyone who loves food, vegan or not. The staff is very friendly.

I was grateful to know this cafe is inside a gym or it would have been difficult to find. I don't like to pay before hand, because you're tipping without knowing how it is. I had the eggs benny, they were barely warm and didn't have any flavor. The potato chunks on the side were also cold. No one takes your plate away or checks how the food is. Not sure what the tip is for? Even the name is a put off; won't be back.

The food and service were great. The only criticism we had was that it's inside a gym and not labelled as such. We almost left without visiting because we couldn't find it. Lucky for us Calgary has some friendly citizens who showed us the way.

I was very disappointed in this cafe. It is difficult to find because it is located inside a gym. It is not a standalone restaurant. My food was microwaved before it was served to me and did not seem fresh. I wanted to like this place, but I would not recommend.

Great food and staff. Lived the taste of scramble and the no eggs beny. Service was quite quick and taste was amazing. The location is odd as it’s inside a gym building. But quite spacious. Loved it. Must visit.
