I do not understand that if businesses do not give options to customers to call what is the point for business then. I ordered through skip and didnt get my 2 cold drinks and dosa was all oily. I have tried calling store since 2 days but goes straight to voicemail the customer service and food quality is deteriorating. It is sad to see that as I have been regular customer here.

We recently had lunch at the restaurant and ordered chicken biryani, kothu parotta and chettinad chicken curry. The place was quiet when we visited, with only one active server who both cleaned and served the food. One of our orders was missing but was billed; however, this was promptly corrected. The food was average, and the Chicken chettinad we ordered did not taste authentic. It had too much coconut, making it more like Kerala chicken curry.

I ordered for pick up via call but unfortunately had a bad experience. The food tasted stale and there was a clear mismatch in shown prices online and actual prices.1 ordered item was also missing in the package (idli vada) when I clearly paid for it.

When ordering I clearly asked the employee if the item I ordered came with chutneys and she said yes, the package had nothing of the sort when I came back home. I did not want to create a scene by coming back during closing time but please make sure to double check your orders. A very disappointing sunday dinner.

I came in for a quick bite as I was in the area (waiting for some services to get done) and selected Gobi 65. The portion was okay but the dish was dry and sharp, not tender and juicy. There was something off-putting about the spices used. Also, the sauce wasn’t that great and the price was high for the dish being a starter of sorts.
