My friend found a huge caterpillar in her salad at lunch. When we told another server, her response was to my friend that there was no worm until it was pointed out to her. Our server then came to apologize but didn't seem to care that it had happened. The service left a really bad impression.

Here for a work trip and I walked all the way to the restaurant in the cold with freezing wind only to find out the restaurant was closed for a special event. Nothing was listed on their website or Google Maps. Disappointing. I had to find another restaurant.

Disappointing meal. Staff are doing their best and the managers seem to be lacking direction and expertise to make this place an enjoyable place. The ambience feels cheap, tacky and nothing special, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I travel to Calgary a lot and stay at a hotel nearby but only found out about this restaurant just recently and it is fabulous. The atmosphere is great, and the place is really clean. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were delicious. It was real Napolitan pizza, made to perfection. The servers were very attentive, and we felt taken care of without being smothered. The prices were reasonable and the entire experience made for a wonderful night out. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Calgary or live here.
I visited this restaurant today with my friends. Everything was fine until the end of our visit. I had a single macaron with me, which I ate after we finished our meal. When the waiter noticed, he approached us in a very rude manner, saying that outside food was not allowed and that we would have to pay for it.
I apologized right away because I genuinely didn’t know about this rule. However, the way he spoke to us was extremely unprofessional, especially considering it was already close to closing time.
This experience left me with a very negative impression. I hope the management addresses this, because good service is just as important as good food.

This is my first time to this location. I try many different dishes but this pasta (Fettuccine, used to be called Tagliatelle Alla Pana) is hard to beat. I didn't see Rocco this time but he's a great guy and always makes me feel welcome.

The food was awful. I ordered the halibut. It was over cooked I hardly was able to chew it. The pizza lacked sauce. The server was rude and in a rush where she took our food before we done eating and didn't bother asking. The others that ordered pasta and tasted it, well what can I say. This restaurant shouldn't call itself Italian. Not worth the price they charge!
