BEST fish and chips in Calgary!!! Takes a little longer than some places, but totally worth it!Never actually dined IN the place, but it looks cozy. Cashier/waitress was very pleasant.

Unbelievably disappointed. What kind fish & chip establishment doesn’t include vinegar, regular or MALT with an order ??? Serious question! Also, you should always include it no matter what if you don’t offer the option on skip the dishes. Be better for future customers. Won’t see my family again.

Gave ample phone-in notice to pick-up an order of fresh, hot chips to-go... They were cold, pulpy & looked and tasted as though they were lunchtime leftovers. Experience: Dreadful!Two thumbs-down. I will go elsewhere unless it improves.
Parking: All parking outback the restaurant was full. Same at front.

We just ordered from here and live not far. When we got home, the fish was soggy and greasy. The fries were bland and just not great, and the coleslaw had like no dressing. Overall, it was very disappointing and overpriced. Go elsewhere for your fish and chips fix.

Was excited for some fish and chips but unfortunately a fry had a big nasty hair stuck in it. Friendly service, just wish our dinner didn't have a gross hair.I took a photo but it won't let me post. They're closed now but I'm.hoping to reach out tomorrow.

A little gem within McKenzie Towne on High Street. It's a small place and only has a few tables so it makes it very cozy and intimate yet very comfortable. The food is always great and love that the pieces of fish aren't overly battered and oily. Always a good place to visit.

Not sure what happened here, as we have had fish and chips on a few occasions from this restaurant. It’s never been the best, but it always been not bad. Ordered 2 large family meals, which in itself is overpriced at the best of times. Got UBER to deliver…that was a mistake. Either the driver had multiple deliveries, or she was an idiot. On several occasions she drove around in a circle, so when it arrived it was cold. Now that obviously is not the fault of the restaurant of course. What is there fault, is the poor quality and lack of flavour in the food. We always order cod. Traditionally battered fish comes in a long piece of fillet with crispy batter. These where in triangle shaped pieces!! Yes triangles! I’m not sure how they managed that, unless the “fish” was preformed frozen garbage, which is entirely possible. 2 pieces had no fish I could find! I mean, how did they manage to batter nothing? The poutine was greasy and a ridiculously small portion for the price. The problem now is that every restaurant blames the economy on serving small, badly cooked & overpriced food. Some are definitely making a killing…I should think this is one of those business. Please, save your money.

Ordered Halibut, it was gray in some parts, was not cooked well (undercooked) even the chips were a little hard still. Gave feedback to the server who was going to tell the cook/owner who did not come and speak to us even though we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. Very disappointed.Let's hope it was just an off day for the cook because I was told it was a great place for Fish & Chips. ?

After 5 years of occasional pick-up orders, I think today's may be the last. The fish batter was tough, the chips not up to their previous standard, and the mushy peas were, in fact, liquidized and cold. A real disappointment.
