I go here every morning and mostly order the iced matcha latte. Sasha and the others are very friendly and I love the drinks made by them.

The only 2 times my matcha drinks did not taste good were when they were made by Parth. So maybe try to give him some more training on making drinks.
He also didn’t understand my urgency and showed reluctance even when I had called a few minutes in advance to make my order stating that I was in a hurry.

Everyone else have been top notch.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Parth Dave during a recent visit to the drive-thru at Second Cup. From start to finish, his customer service was truly outstanding.

Without me even having to ask, he proactively informed me of current offers and deals, something that shows not only initiative, but a real understanding of customer needs. He was upbeat, conversational, and genuinely warm. His smile was constant, his attitude was helpful, and his ability to carry a pleasant conversation made the entire experience memorable.

What stood out most was the small but meaningful gesture of offering my daughter a kiddie white hot chocolate. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about his attentiveness and care.

As someone with a strong background in sales and consulting, I recognize potential when I see it and Parth Dave definitely has a bright future in this field. His instinct for anticipating customer needs, his natural charisma, and his service-first mindset are the qualities that set great professionals apart.

All in all, it was fantastic service, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated it.

Hot days call for cold drinks. I ordered a mocha frappe and it was delicious. The lady who helped me/made my drink was super friendly. She offered me samples and made my drink perfect (and pretty). Just a little sad about how pricey it was, but the drink was tasty.

The best gas station in all of Canada.
Amazingly fast pita wraps made fresh.
A great variety of cold drinks and snacks.
Hot fresh ground Coffee.

The worst second cup location. Placed order online 20mins ahead, and when arrived we found out they didn’t even started preparing it.

So cool to be right inside a Petro Canada.

Second cup has been my favourite coffee place for ages, so I was super happy to find out they opened another location in the NW besides the one in Market Mall. It is in a gas station, so my experience has been drive-thru only, but love that it opens until 10 PM. Easy, convenient and offers the same amazing selection as other Second Cups. I'm a happy customer.

I was sooo excited when I realized there was a second cup on my side of town! It's been amazing every time but 1 😅 and that time was because my sandwich was icey on one corner which was weird af tbh 😅

Ordered morning delivery for a caramel corretto! Not only was the drink super delicious and still came hot in -26 weather but the bag had a cute good morning message written on it with my name written in a cute/stylistic way. This little extra effort made my day! Super lovely <3

The young man who took my order just now was fabulous. The one who was supposed to make my drink stood there, talking to a girl behind the till, failing to make my drink. The original man (who took my order) noticed that nothing was being done to make my drink, and so took it upon himself to do it. Meanwhile, I saw my bus and had to run without getting my drink at all :( There goes $6.75 and 10 minutes of my life.
