Wildly bad service, went in the drive thru and sat listening to crashing sounds confused… finally ordered just to sit at the window waiting no one in sight. To the point I got out of the car to see if anyone was around, there was ONE person in line inside ordering. She then didn’t make our second drink, two beverages on the order and she just didn’t get the second one and shut the window in our face so fast we couldn’t even tell her. I had to get out AGAIN to ask her to make the other drink. I understand people working alone and having to handle multiple customers, but communication would have been nice.

Coffee was cold, scone was frozen and stale, restaurant and washrooms were filthy. Only one staff during morning rush - he was very nice.

Every time I go through the drive thru they say the ice machine is down. Funny enough, when I went by today the guy said ice machine is down I can’t make a FroCho but I can offer you iced latte 💀 So how can you make that if the machine is down?

Easily the worst experience I've had in 20 years at any coffee shop ever. The one employee who claims to be a manager was unnecessarily rude. Muttering the things under his breath in a language I don't understand. I'm not sure if this man knows that audio cues are and visual cues are also part of communication and it was very obvious that the things that he was probably saying weren't very nice. slamming cash drawers and furiously punching at his little screen tablety thing, I have no idea how someone was such poor customer service skills is in any kind of position of management. the coffee shop itself was dimly lit, almost barren, there was a couple of people at a table but in looking at the reviews I can't imagine that It's ever busy here or that this is a very good coffee shop whatsoever. I would not Even consider returning simply due to the managers rude attitude and poor customer service skills. If you hate your job that much you really should go and find another job sir, literally anywhere doing anything else. If I could give zero or negative stars I would because they don't deserve any.

Sooo slow
it’s the only place open in the neighbourhood on Sunday and there is only one person working on all the orders including drive-through and online
i was the only person in line on the shop and it took me like 8-10 minutes to even order

I have yet to have a good experience here. Every time they are out of coffee, the till is down, they make the wrong drink, etc etc etc. I keep hoping it’s just a bad day but today I went through the drive thru, waited in line just to be told “can you come inside?” No, once I’m in the drive thru lane there isn’t a way to circle back to your parking lot!! I won’t be back.

I ordered a medium size berry decafinated tea, which was extremely bitter. Then I exchanged it for a banana chocolate beverage that cost $7.50 but costs $1 to make with a mystery powder inside. No refund on the medium tea. No seating because coffee-shop 'customers' come in to work in Second Cup with laptops. They occupy all the tables for hours at a time, which causes Second Cup to lose money.

I have visited this cafe. The service and i mean the quality of coffee is amazing. The guy who served me i think he was a Indian guy did amazing customer service. I suggest you guys to visit this place.

Went to the drive thru this morning ordered Large Coffee with 2 Milk. The coffee taste really really bad like I couldn’t drink it! It’s so bad.
The last time I went here couldnt believed a coffee shop without Milk for their lattes (at least purchase a milk from the next store close to you 7eleven just steps way).
