Went to the drive thru this morning ordered Large Coffee with 2 Milk. The coffee taste really really bad like I couldn’t drink it! It’s so bad. The last time I went here couldnt believed a coffee shop without Milk for their lattes (at least purchase a milk from the next store close to you 7eleven just steps way).

They had no cream on a Monday morning, first thing. Not the first time I’ve come here and they’ve been completely unprepared. Service has always been somewhat poor. Trying to support Canadian but won’t be back here.

Wow- easily one of the worst cafes I've visited. Dim and cold, the cafe itself was filthy with displays marred with fingerprints and dust, floors look like they haven't been cleaned in forever, garbage on floors, etc. I ordered a flat white and received a cup of lukewarm milk with the faintest taste of old, burnt espresso. The sole employee there didn't seem to understand much of what we were saying and had to repeat ourselves a few times. All in all, a very disappointing experience and will not return. Such a shame as it's in a good location. Coffee Cats Cafe just across from here is so much better, don't know why I bothered with this place today.

I hate to give a bad review but the customer service at this location is so terrible, and I’ve experienced this multiple times! The location is great but the staff desperately needs better training! Will probably never visit this location again.

This cafe doesn’t give a warm cafe vibe. Reasons: Music is awful. Christmas decor but some weird songs, primarily enjoyed by barista. Batista needs to have some personality.
I can ignore some little aspects but my biggest surprise was the music played inside (can’t believe Cafe on this location playing such weird music). For the management or owners please get in touch and I will personally share why I am pointing on the music so much. Therefore, I couldn’t sit inside for more than 15 minutes; though, I planned to be here for an hour or so. Coffee is okay, it’s the ambience or the vibe that this place needs. The guy from India makes disgusting coffee. I bought two Americanos. It tasted like water with slight notes of the cheapest coffee. Don't go there.

Wow. Went in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Wasn't greeted. Barista was on her phone while I stood there and waited for her to acknowledge us. Coffee was old and watered down. Horrible service. Won't return which is a shame as I live down the street.
I normally go through the drive thru at this location knowing that the service is slow. Today I decided to order ahead through the app. I arrived at the cafe to one employee serving a busy-ish rush of customers. I’m waiting for my mobile for 20 min before I go up to the register to ask about it as I see new people in line getting their drinks before me, only to be informed that the espresso machine is down and he can’t make my order. I ask what I’m supposed to do with the transaction I paid for and he just says to contact the support line. Not helpful and will not be going to this location any longer.

Worst food and service ever. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else. Coffee was scalded. Incorrect food was delivered and it was stale to boot. Just go out of business already.

I came here with a friend because he suggested it and said it was a really nice location. It is a really nice coffee shop, aesthetically, but the service is very slow (waiting 5+ minutes for a coffee order) and not up to standard. I ordered a medium vanilla latte which was surprisingly good, a lemon cranberry scone, and an egg and sausage on an English muffin. The scone was good, although they gave it to me in a clear plastic packaging. The sausage and egg English muffin I ordered would have been great too if it hadn’t of been cold in the centre.
It’s a shame, cause this location could be fantastic if the employees had more training and knew what they were doing. Wouldn’t visit again, especially if you’re in a rush and need a quick coffee.
