“I ordered three Caramel Correttos and a Chai Latte and asked for an extra pump of syrup and extra hot temperature. Unfortunately, neither request was followed. The drinks were served lukewarm, closer to kids’ temp, and the Chai Latte had no foam, which was disappointing. Additionally, the modifications were not written on the cup, making me wonder if they were considered at all. I usually enjoy Second Cup, but I hope the staff pays more attention to customization request in the future

I was deeply dissatisfied with my recent order from your franchise. Our order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, and after the first 45 mins, I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update as to where our order was. After the 5th or 6th attempt, I finally heard back from the store saying that they don’t accept delivery requests online (the Second Cup website), and I had to use Door Dash or Skip. This is fine, but the website shouldn’t have allowed me to choose a location that does not participate in said delivery. I asked about how I could go about getting a refund, and I was told to contact the Second Cup head office directly. I phoned twice, and never got through.
To my surprise, after 2.5 hours, I got a text saying that our order was on its way. Once it showed up, the drinks were terribly underwhelming. One latte tasted extremely burnt/bitter, and another was super sweet (asked for half sweet). The one that was super sweet was supposed to be completely plant based as I have a dairy allergy as stated in the order, however, I had an allergic reaction to the beverage.
I am not one to complain as I spent several years working as a barista in the past, but this service was appalling. Not to mention, we paid $30 for 3 poorly made drinks. I will not be ordering from Second Cup going forward.

I ordered a flat white last week and it was disappointing. I have two years of barista experience and the drink was not made correctly. The milk pitcher was too big for the amount of milk. The milk was not poured correctly over the espresso, it was basically dumped onto the espresso which is not good for mixing the two and the top of the drink was bubbly. The drink did not taste good and I ended up getting a refund.I understand that this is a college coffee shop, and part of a chain, but if they are going to be charging almost $5 for a flat white, then they need to be making them correctly and up to service standard. While the service was friendly, it appears to me that the employees are not being trained properly on how to make coffee drinks.

Everyone seems friendly. I noticed that all the baristas were very consistent in greeting guests including me. I love the mini donuts it was perfect for my Paradiso coffee.

Went here on a daily bases for a week. The service was fantastic and the coffee and white hot chocolate was excellent. Very friendly location

It's a second cup, of course it's good. Just don't go to the other side of the food court, ruffnex is over there. It's like they put their meat in a bag of rice to dry it out, then freeze it for a few months, thaw it, freeze it, thaw it, cook it, freeze it, warm it up, then pack it with sand then get Hellen Keller to assemble the burger. They also don't know what salt is.All in all, go to second cup. Their food is edible.

The lady at the counter every morning is one of the most rudest batista I have ever met. Definitely lacking customer service at this location.
The muffins are great, flat whites are awesome; but all of their flavoured of their lattes are terrible, unless you like you like to start the day with a nice cup of syrup and a dash of milk
