Ordered a mobile order a while back and when I went to go pick it up the lady who served me my drink was very rude. She called out to me and said to not order the drink anymore as they didn’t have it in stock (which is fair I understand-that happens in a cafe) but she was very rude about it and sounded very irritated. Never coming back here again. It seems that the ladies that work here are only nice to some customers and rude to others.

The MOST disgusting place to get a watered down beverage. Toilets disgusting. Service SUCKED. If this is the way you come to Canada to work you should come up to our standards. Will never go to a Second Cup again.

I really Liked the service to begin with I’ve been coming for months and the drinks were made perfectly Now not so much I ordered a vanilla bean flash cold brew and was given a black cold brew with regular vanilla syrup( not the same at all ) according to the barista it’s the same thing but it really isn’t Let your customers know the drink will be different before the order it to avoid disappointment and confusion I won’t be returning

My croissant was rock hard and the parts that I managed to break off crumbled in my hands. My iced coffee was also way too bitter for me to drink despite sweetening it.

It’s very good in flavour and customer experience. I like this place . It’s advised one for those who work around gulf canada square. It seems to be little costlier than regular newer age that u get in Tim or another place but it’s worth it

This is my worst coffee shop I have ever visited in Calgary, she does not know how to apologize her fault, I was the one who said sorry to ask again. I felt offended by her rude customer service.

Got a very nasty attitude from one of their workers there. While I was being nice and all - there was no greeting or smiles. And when nicely asking to heat my food, she gave me an attitude saying "I asked you and you said no". I don't remember her asking me the question since she didnt seem like she wanted me to be there.
Never experienced this from a second cup, so definitely brand new to me.

I come to this Second Cup often for meetings and coffee. The staff is always very friendly and the service is fast. The area around the Second Cup is spacious and quite for the most part. It’s easier than meeting with people in Bankers Hall or The Core. Will keep coming back and would definitely recommend Second Cup to anyone looking for a nice place for a coffee.
