The times online aren't accurate. Drove over myiple times in the morning including today but the store was still closed at 7:30am . Inconvenient for anyone wanting to get a coffee before working in downtown. Thankfully multiple coffee shops ( Analog , Starbucks etc ) are right down the street and open early
Strawberry smoothie was liquid syrup. Asked to remake. Denied. Asked for refund. Denied. Asked for another drink. Denied. $8 down the drain. They added ice and milk and were going to give it to me stirred. Had to ask to even blend. Still sweet as hell. Worse customer service ever.
Rude staff and charge you 1 dollar for an empty cup after you are already spending 6 dollars on a coffee. Never go here agian
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My sister and I have come here twice before, and we've never had an issue—usually there's a quiet Asian barista who treats us with basic respect. But this time? Completely unacceptable. We stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon to get some schoolwork done; I got there first, and just eight minutes in—as I’m sitting and waiting for my sister—a white barista with a thick accent comes up to me in a very waiter-like manner and asked if I wanted to order anything. I found it super weird since it's not a typical thing you'd see in a coffee cafe and so I politely told her no. Then, unbelievably, she tells me I can’t stay unless I buy something. I explained again with details—I’m waiting for my sister. She just repeats the same thing. I had to literally explain 3 times in depth that I was waiting for my sister so that we can buy something together. I literally had to spell it out for her before she finally backed off. The level of disrespect was unreal. I felt humiliated, angry, and completely unwelcomed. I shouldn't have had to explain anything to her. The whole interaction was condescending, unnecessary, and frankly, it felt like I was being targeted and rushed for no reason (I'm southeastern asian). I’m writing this because this behaviour was unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Until there’s some accountability or basic decency shown by the staff, I will not be returning lol. Don't bother with this place, their coffee suck and they make fake accounts to boost their ratings anyways.
EDIT: they also make fake google accounts to counter the bad ones so i guess proceed with caution lol

I just watched the server spit her gum in her hand and try to serve me! Hell, no! I looked at her and was like, never mind, like wash your hands first before trying to get my order. That’s just nasty!

Ordered a tea on their app. When I arrived they said they didn’t have the tea available… which is fine. When I asked for a refund they said they could give one to me because I bought it on the app. I demanded a manager and said I wanted a refund since they didn’t have what I wanted. Guy in the drive through called his manager and suddenly they had the tea I wanted in the back. I ended up throwing it out anyways because I was afraid the guy spit in it

The lady working the till had her AirPods in her ears the entire time I was trying to get help from her. I was asking a question about a menu item because I have dietary restrictions, just wanted to make sure I didn’t eat something I couldn’t have and she barely said a single word to me. I don’t think she could hear me over whatever she was listening to in her headphones. I ended up leaving without buying anything because the service from her was so poor.
Bathroom is for “customers only.” And I really needed to go the bathroom. Huh???
