The staff here are absolutely phenomenal. My dad has been in the hospital for the last ~3months, and they always remember his face and have his usual order punched in as he walks through the door. It might seem a bit silly as they were just providing coffee, but for us it meant a lot. Coming here always made my dad's day, and having a place to come hang out, other than the hospital room, made his stay so much much better for all of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts....
