Quite blah. The service was extremely slow. The one lady at the counter was friendly but honestly slower than ever, had to read the instructions to make each drink which took about 10 minutes each( there were only 2of us) and mine was absolutely disgusting.

Staff member was rude to myself and another customer regarding the hours of operation. Both Google and the Second Cup website FOR THIS LOCATION said they were open until 8/9. I was surprised to be condescendingly told they close at 6 when I arrived to meet a friend at 5:45. The other customer in the shop suggested politely that they adjust the hours online and was met with “we aren’t affiliated with that.” Unnecessarily rude and also that does not make sense, you can definitely adjust the hours online. Based on other reviews the hours have been misaligned for months with no resolution. Having worked as a barista myself I understand wanting to close on time, but the rudeness was not required. Will not be back.

coffee was good, place is pretty, but the baristas are very rude. scoffed at us when we were waiting. we even said hello first because they were just looking at us and standing. specifically the girl, but i didnt get her name cus i was too pissed to even ask.

This place is absolutely amazing! We have been ordering the past 5yrs and they have always delivered. My company has done coffee orders every second Friday for the whole company (about 30 orders) and they always deliver. We have so many customizations and they always nail it, always have all the names on the cups and always have excellent packaging for such big orders. Truly thank you!!

Always great to support a Canadian coffee chain, I find the coffee better here then Starbucks, and the food options are much better and fresher then Starbucks. Feels alot more like a local coffee shop.

Love second cup and I genuinely believe the quality at second cup from the coffee to the syrups to be higher quality than Starbucks. This location is super nice, and the atmosphere is very nice, but it always smells kind of like sewer here. This is the nicer environment second cup which puts priority on people staying inside instead of to go. The design inside is welcoming, cohesive, and comfortable. It's always busy when I come here, yet the staff are always friendly, and the drinks come out reasonably quick. Second cups london fog is the best london fog, and their seasonal maple line is something I look forward to every single year.

Change your hours if you are not open!! I specifically planned a meeting and drove out here because google maps said it was open at this time this day. Google maps also says you updated your hours 8 weeks ago but your sign says something different. Supporting local business should be hard!
