I am completely a regular customer here ordering a usual coffee. It seems with the new staff especially on weekends or holidays, the quality of the drink is lacking. I order extra sweet and I get bland with sometimes a glimmer of sweet at the bottom. As well the service was slow to create this concoction. Your more experienced staff are good, buy this should be a learning experience as I frequent your location very regularly.

I ordered 2 date smoothies which I felt were flavourless. I was disappointed as they are not cheap drinks. I called the store and let them know I was not satisfied with the drinks. The lady on the phone told me she would be happy to make me new ones if I came back so I did and they were so so much better the second time amazing customer service thank you Joy.

This is my FAVE Second Cup location in this city so far! I like to go through the drive thru most visits but I went inside yesterday and also enjoyed their spacious patio! It was part sun and shade, so perfect for everyone's preferences.Drinks are always made accurately, and consistently.Customer service is great. People seem like they are genuinely happy to work at this location.This place is clean, inside and out!Parking is able, free and shared with local businesses.This place had many others inside, so you know it's loved by everyone!Come to Second Cup Sunridge and support a great Canadian business!

I had to work out of this cafe for a couple of days while traveling. Everything was mostly fine, but it felt like the AC was blasting while I was there, in winter...very cold and not super comfortable to stay for longer periods of time.
