Iv'e been going to this place for decades. The overall atmosphere and service levels have completely moved backwards. What happened to all the wonderful staff you used to have? I remember having excellent service, competant and friendly service from Morgan, Mya and Yoursalem. Know that your customers are loyal to those who serve them well. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere now.

Very slow service, No AC, No condiment station, outdated interior, and broken table. There is no maintenance this place but being cheap. I ordered coffee beans via the app, and they were not ready when I went to pick them up after an hour. The ladies working there were very lazy, as they were sitting at the pickup table when there were no customers. I love their coffee beans but this will be my last time visiting and ordering from this place.

MOVE OVER STARBUCKS!! MAYBE FURNITURE IS DATED AS SOME MAY SAY...BUT SERVICE IS EXCELLENT...ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS.....TABLES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN EVERYTIME I GO...GOOD CHOICE OF MUSIC AND THE COFFEE AND DRINKS ARE SUPERB QUALITY...KEEP IT UP....WE NEED MORE COFFEE SHOPS LIKE THIS ONE.
