Second Cup Café

Sept 13,
Ordered a latte and muffin.
Experience was scary, she frothed the milk without attending to it. (Thats bad because it can burn the milk and/or customer)
After that she left the wand uncleaned after use ( it should be standard to clean it after each use, will just collect burnt milk on it)
Left all the milk pitchers uncleaned.
(Even in a busy cafe and it wasnt. cleaning standards should be there, clean as you go)

Typical Second Cup, however the bathroom is very dirty and the leather seats in the back are all torn and need to be replaced.

Stepped for a coffee and fresh pastry - what a disappointment! I got a 3-day old blueberry scone that was sold to to as fresh! Really? If you wrap your scones in plastic, it doesn't mean they can be sold as fresh for three (or more?) days!

We've been customers for years. Always good coffee and friendly service.

We have been trying this coffee shop the whole month, and every time Second Cup coffee has made our experience wonderful. Their friendly attitude, consistency, and attention to detail make each visit enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure being served by Mr Summit

I mean some of the worst coffee there is. Got a vanilla bean frappe. Did not taste like it. Person with me got caramel something frappe. Not great. Both drinks were watery no taste of caramel or vanilla bean. Store hours on google is wrong. It says 8 but we get there and its supposed to close at 7. We got there just around 6:40 and the guy said we can order to go but not sit because they close at 7. There was still 20 mins. Lol

The honey vanilla latte has made me switch from Starbucks! Sumit, the manager, is so friendly and kind. Always right with the drinks and food!

A great coffee shop! The woman who works in the morning is super friendly & helpful.

This coffee shop is a very convenient location, and the Lady (Priya) working here is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. It is a very pleasant atmosphere, and I spend quality time concentrating and studying at this location.

Wow. Thursday 07/17 in the morning. Lady you were so rude and unfriendly! BIG lack of customer service!
Used to come often but def will not go again.
