The service and ambience were lovely! Minus 2 stars as would prefer if employees were more knowledgeable about allergens and milk frothing technique; the milk in my latte was overheated and not aerated, and I had to resort to Google to confirm presence of milk ingredients in the drink I chose.

Every time I go in the coffee is never ready and they are always having to brew a fresh pot. Today again I went in and asked for flavour coffee and it wasn’t ready.

Will never return here again. Crap service, crap drinks and no refund policy (listed nowhere in the establishment).

I can't say enough good things about Sumit at Second Cup. He truly goes above and beyond, and he's the only one who gets my coffee just right—every single time. I actually travel all the way from the Northeast just to have coffee made by him because it's that good! His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service are unmatched.

Sumit is always pleasant, professional, and makes every visit an amazing experience. The place is spotless, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. This isn’t a one-time thing either—every interaction I’ve had with him has been exceptional. Only people here are working on laptops. Kinda dead. Asked for cookie and a coffee, paid, and said I was going to the bathroom and would be back in a minute. Everything packed ready to go instead of table seating. Coffee still too hot to drink after 10 mins of waiting but cookie stone cold. Tasted OK. Only one public bathroom, and it's disgusting. Literally dirty walls, sink and toilet. Area under the hand dryer has a large swipe of dirt underneath. Plenty of dust on the baseboards. Ugggh.

Ever since this place has been under new ownership there has been terrible customer service. Don't even know how to make the drinks on their menu and even when they do, they taste awful. Will never return to this location or support these people.

The Second Cup Cafe in Mahogany is my favourite cafe spot. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for working, a relaxing coffee break or a casual meet-up with friends. The coffee is superb, with rich flavours and expertly brewed to perfection, making the perfect pairing with their extensive drink menu. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend something new. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great coffee spot in Mahogany!

Owner sitting on the table watching videos on his phone which was extremely loud. He finally got up to take my order and had no idea how to make the advertised drink. There eas also no toilet papers ,no hand soap . And the bathroom was dirty .
