I had the pleasure of being assisted by Akash, the manager at the 1919 Southland Dr. location, and I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional customer service. I was searching for a specific seasonal coffee flavor that was out of stock across the city. Akash not only took the time to listen to my request but went above and beyond by offering to check availability at the Banff location. He even volunteered to pick it up himself the following day if they had it in stock. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out and made for an outstanding customer experience.

The phone number listed on Google maps and on the website is not correct. I cannot get through to the store. I was told to call if there was issues with the grounds. I was also over charged for my grounds. I was charged $19 for a 1L bag when it should have been $13.

Great location, love the espresso taste. Just to let you know that your hours are incorrect, I came thinking it closes at 9 but it closed at 7. I have suggested an edit to google but please rectify this.
Worker apron very soiled, shortly after opening. Looks unwashed for some time. May not reflect a clean environment to the customer. Location has a grimy feel compared to other locations

Anytime I try to order off DoorDash at specifically this second cup. They out of stock everything, it’s an early morning order and this has happened multiple times. Disappointing really.
