The most mediocre latte I've ever had. It was Luke warm right off the counter, the girl didn't steam the milk properly she made the motions to make latte art but without steaming the milk properly you dont get any. It was a hot latte and she stirred it with a spoon that was sitting in ice water?

I invite you to check out this family-run Second Cup location. The food is good - I've only tried the breakfast cookie and the blueberry scone. The cookie was my favorite - great texture and flavor. The scone was good, as well, but it was more like a muffin than a scone. Coffee is always good here and the location is beautiful. I've tried the iced-coffe, Americano, and vanilla latte. I found the vanilla latte too sweet for my preference, but it was still quite delicious. If you're a morning person, you might also enjoy the sunshine pouring through the generous windows. I happened to get these photos on a quiet morning, but I've also been here when it is full of people enjoying coffee and conversation. There's plenty to choose from on the menu, so I hope you check it out and enjoy!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Akash, the manager at the 1919 Southland Dr. location, and I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional customer service. I was searching for a specific seasonal coffee flavor that was out of stock across the city. Akash not only took the time to listen to my request but went above and beyond by offering to check availability at the Banff location. He even volunteered to pick it up himself the following day if they had it in stock. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out and made for an outstanding customer experience.

The phone number listed on Google maps and on the website is not correct. I cannot get through to the store. I was told to call if there was issues with the grounds. I was also over charged for my grounds. I was charged $19 for a 1L bag when it should have been $13.
