Have only ever ordered the lunch bowls but have enjoyed every one I’ve tried. A great place for a nourishing meal and good portion sizes.

I'm paying at least $16 for a salad why they gotta skimp on the good stuff? Dressing, goat cheese and flavorful toppings like SALT were given in rather slim quantities over a large bed of otherwise flavorless mix

Great food, but very slow service without any apology or thanks for waiting. You should not ask for a tip and then provide poor service.

First time ordering from Seed & Salt. My order was for delivery.

Packing two full black Americanos in a half cut unstable take out tray ontop of a lid that has them rocking back and forth is wild.

Bag was soaked at the bottom and soaking thru on the sides. Missed half the coffee.

**NB! Please specify in take out apps or in general for those who eat tofu that when it says “additional tofu” and the word spicy is not included. There is no general consensus in my years on the earth where tofu is implied spicy.

I called and the girl was like “yeah it’s all spicy” … okay? How are we to know this?? lol
More so just a too bad so sad. So I asked if that could be passed along and updated so there is no confusion. So please specify because it is extremely spicy and I wouldn’t have ordered it.

Unfortunately it was disheartening The portions of Ingredients compared to other similar healthy eateries, these were super tiny. Spread out thin to make it look like a lot. Half my ingredients In a warm bowl were half cold and half were warm. Yams were shrivelled up from being pre roasted a few too many times. And were cold. And with super over roasted/over salted broccoli.
I love salt but that was diabolical. In the curry with next to no sauce so half the rice was dry. I paid extra to add in red cabbage in this one and got like a tablespoon of shredded cabbage.. ?

Same with the black beans adding into my salad to have any form of protein in it. And like a tablespoon.

Even if it’s mainly rice in the warm bowls as filler, it was a bit shocking how little there was in my bowl. Maybe a one off just for me? I don’t know. Maybe it’s standard. (Looking now after it seems like a regular ongoing similar issues ) I guess ill read the worst first Insted of the best first.

Unfortunately based on many healthy spots in BC. Canmore. Ontario and other shops that opened abroad from Oz …to Aussies opening them in Thailand and Dubai.
This by far was not a great experience for me.

I always hope and look forward to trying new spaces like these or seeking out healthy restaurants like this knowing it’s usually always nourishing, a vibe of care that’s usually superior to regular every day restaurants regarding the order, or staff, portions, and the clients in general.
This just didn’t seem to be evident.
Which was unfortunate.

Take out order takes forever to prepare. Waited 20 mins to get my food. People who ordered after me that ate in got their food first surprisingly.

I got their seasonal pulled chicken chilli and it was AMAZING. It came out hot and flavourful. The portion size was huge! My friend really enjoyed her latte and acai bowl as well!

Food is amazing. But if you order anything extra with extra price paid especially in salad bowls. They will hand you in the same bowl size. The extras (chicken) also added in the same bowl with less quantity of salad. It doesn’t makes sense to me either they should not charge you for the extra food or they should give it in a separate bowl with the same quantity of salad. The salad quantity should not be less when you add extra food.

I am delivery. I had 2 orders, I went to the restaurant after 10 minutes of waiting, I asked how many more minutes do you have to wait? They did not give me an answer. And then I got 2 dislikes unfairly. This restaurant has such irresponsible and rude employees.

Decided to have something healthy and friendly suggested this place in mission. Staff was friendly and explained the different options they had on the menu. Everything is made fresh as you order it and value was great. Good options on the menu and food tasted good.

We've been walking by this place for a number of years and haven't gone in, but tried it out a few weeks ago. What a surprise! The bowls are filled with freshness and flavor like is hard to find in Calgary. I've tried a few of the bowls since and each of them has been really good and tasty. And really, though a bit pricey, considering what you get, it's worth it for a good, fresh, healthy meal.

It's quite nicely decorated and set up, giving a really earthy feel and the staff are pleasant, helpful and nice. The only drawback to the place for me is how noisy it can be. The music is quite loud and sometimes not fitting of the atmosphere. If there are only a few people talking in the restaurant as well, and dishes being washed, it gets to be a bit too much, at least for me.

Overall, the drawbacks will not keep me from this place, as the food is toooo good.

Great lunch place with fresh ingredients and tons of gluten-free options. Standard lunch meal pricing. Yummy smoothies as well. I had the ginger sesame bowl with pulled pork and a Crush smoothie which tasted like a Creamsicle.

A great breakfast spot, especially when traveling. The downtown location is excellent, although closed on weekends. Had the bacon and egg toast - super filling, and also Avo 1 toast with eggs added.
