I always get the smoothie bowls and they are always amazing, consistent and never let you down. I've tried other places as they are more convenient but I always end up going back to Seed N Salt.

Brooklyn is the kindest soul I have ever met. She helped me with every little question I had, and she was so efficient!

The food is extremely expensive. The food was meh. Absolutely nothing special. Not much flavor. Overpowering vinaigrette was the single flavor note for the whole dish. Definitely will not return. Also the seating is rock hard!

A member of our group has dietary restrictions that limited them to items from the breakfast menu, which is advertised as being served until 12:00. We placed our order before 12:00. Approximately ten minutes later, a staff member came to our table and informed us that the kitchen had stopped serving breakfast at 12:00. We explained that our order was placed before noon, but the kitchen refused to prepare the meal.

Only that one item was refunded, and our group member had to wait without food while the rest of us ate. I usually enjoy Seed n Salt, but this was a disappointing experience and the staff were not understanding or apologetic.

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. I was extremely disappointed in my takeout order. I paid over $30 for a soup and salad and a water. Their takeout bowls have gotten smaller and the portion of the salad has diminished and it was mostly full of rice. The servers didn’t even fill the bowl to the top. I don’t mind paying a little extra for a good quality salad, however this was not worth the price!! I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food is so fresh and delicious and the smoothies are wonderful. Air conditioning could be turned down a bit though. There was no spots left on the patio so we had to sit inside.

I have ordered dinner delivery on two occasions. My first experience was excellent — the food was flavourful, the portion was generous, and the smoked salmon in the Beach Bowl was tasty. It was a well-balanced and satisfying meal.
On my second order, however, I found the portion size to be slightly smaller and less flavourful. The Beach Bowl with citrus shrimp, included only four medium shrimp, which felt limited compared to my initial experience.
Overall, the quality of the food is good, but consistency in portion sizes and seasonings would make the dining experience even better.

Healthy food. Tastes good. Coffee, drinks and food. Food limited selection to bowls, toast, smoothie bowls, and smoothies. Target audience is breakfast and lunch. The ingredients are fresh and visible. One of the healthier places for fast food, or casual sit down. First photo is chicken parm (lunch) and second is a Ranchero breakfast bowl.

I just picked up a vegan chip smoothie, and I noticed the cacao nib pieces are much larger than usual.

They’re hard to swallow and feel a bit like a choking hazard since they scratch my throat. It was uncomfortable to drink, and not how it’s usually made.

Please ensure it’s prepared according to the standard recipe next time, I had to throw it away. Very disappointed!

So nice to see places like this that use quality/healthy ingredients to create delicious eats! The breakfast sandwich, Mayan salad and now the Urban Cowboy salad!!! Well done Seed N Salt!

The place is nice, but I also want to write about the uncomfortable experience with the worker there. I didn’t remember the name, but it was an Asian girl. We saw that she makes a salad and asked a name of it. She rudely answered - it has no name. I freaked out. After some moment other person came and told us the name of the salad, as she probably heard as asking before. But this experience was very unpleasant, it is one of our favorite places..

I absolutely love Seed N Salt! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I tried the avo and egg sandwich and really enjoyed it—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. Such a great spot to relax and enjoy all the healthy food and drink options with wonderful service. Can’t wait to come back! :)

My daughter & I have visited this Seed & Salt location a few times, and were there for brunch today. The food is pricey for what you get, but that’s a topic for another day. Most of the staff are friendly, but the young Asian girl working there needs to be sent on a Customer Service course. She brought our food to our table, we thanked her, but she said absolutely nothing to us. My daughter went up to her at the front counter to politely ask for some hot sauce & utensils. Asian girl mutters, “I’ll bring it out to you”. So she does that, we thanked her again, she still said nothing to us. We finished our meals and as we’re leaving the restaurant, heading out the door, she gives us a dirty look from behind the front counter! Rude. This location was becoming a favourite spot, but we didn’t feel welcome at all today. You can have the best restaurant in the world, but hiring staff with bad attitude, who clearly don’t want to be there & have zero people skills can really cast a dark shadow over a good business. Disappointed!!
