Went there for lunch, thought it could have been a little better, called and spoke with the manager, he was amazing and really professional. He even is sending me a replacement meal! I've been coming here for many years, even before when it was Chil an, and I will keep coming here for many more years! Great customer service!

Called to place an order for take out and got put on “hold” where they put the phone down and seemingly walked away, hung up after 6 min and tried to call back right away to only get a busy signal, which gave the impression that the line was still busy from my own earlier call. Did not end up ordering because it kept going to busy for another 10 minutes, I don’t mind waiting on hold but this gave me the impression that they forgot about me, after reading other comments I was disappointed with how it appeared service wise so went with another option.

I met a friend for lunch today. The food and service were amazing. The restaurant was clean, the server was knowledgeable about the dishes and the food was delicious. It is a new favourite.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

highly recommend this Viet restaurant. we loved the grilled beef satay pho, it was one of a kind I don't think you get that recipe anywhere else in Calgary.the service was great.we will definitely come back if we were around the area.

Very, very, very poor service. The food is very cold I had the worst experience I ever had in my life in this place. This place is very cold and nobody wants to talk to you. also, you have to call for Waitress in order to serve you. they keep on ignoring you,they don’t want to talk to you it seems like they didn’t wanna be here.

I have been here a couple of times. The service is good and fast, food is good with large portions and the price is decent.
Sadly, I Have to change my rating from a 5 star.Since the opening of Sen, I would order something to eat almost weekly. HOWEVER, after it was recently sold to new owners, its quality has gone downhill.As a CELIAC, I would not recommend eating here since the change in management. I have gotten sick every time I have ordered since the recent change. Even though the restaurant claims to be still gluten free and following their old procedures and says they will talk to their staff, I have tried ordering several times again and still end up getting sick.I am writing this as I recover from being glutened. 1st time went when they just opened, I was not impressed. 2nd visit after years to give it a 2nd try, big big improvement. So delicious this time, and super accommodating staff. Will definitely come back for more. Thanks.Edit: came and ate supper here with the family today. The vermicelli meal and beef pho are very different taste from the last time we visited. Everybody didn't enjoy there selected meals. Even the chicken skewers we ordered tasted different.
An amazing restaurant! I’m gluten free and vegetarian, the options available are fantastic and the food is even better! One of my new favourite Vietnamese restaurants! I highly recommend!
