I don’t know what happened - used to be my fav spot. Ordered delivery today and got food poisoning. Some pieces were not properly cooked. The sauce tasted different somehow

What are you doing second guessing yourself? This is the place. Chicken was juicy, crunch factor is oddly satisfying and the sauces are dialed in. The BBQ sauce is delicious on its own, but if you like heat, the chipotle BBQ sauce is worth the trip itself.

One of the best fried chicken spots in Calgary. I come here almost every week and have tried all the flavors. The chicken is consistently excellent and full of flavor.
The fries are decent but could definitely be improved. As for the cold sides, I’ve tried them all and honestly feel they should be removed from the menu they don’t really add much to the experience.
Ideally, my perfect fried chicken combo would be the fries from Wow Chicken paired with everything else from Soul Chicken. That would be an unbeatable hybrid.

I started the phone call with 'do you have gravy ' and was told yes they did in fact have gravy, so I placed my order and drive 30 min. I get there and the person behind the counter says, 'we don't have gravy, is that ok?' No, it's not, that's why I asked over the phone before wasting my time and gas. Wasn't even apologized to. Besides the service, the food was great

It’s obvious when a business has been bought out by someone else because you can clearly see the quality declining drastically. Whoever bought this business is running this into the ground. This was my absolute favourite Korean Fried Chicken. I went in and I immediately knew it’s different people who own it. The last two times I had chicken here, it was stale and burnt to a point that the skin wasn’t even attached to the chicken anymore. They don’t add proper chicken pieces but instead shove in little tenders. They cheap out on sauce. The taste and quality have declined horribly.

We went last afternoon super hungry. The food came in really quick, the service was outstanding. Unfortunately the chicken in the sandwich was really dry. The skin was so hard that we couldn't chew it. My 6 year old son usually loves chicken tenders but he couldn't finish one. It was too dry and hard. I remember my order numbers were 24 and 25 (nov 09) The staff was friendly though and the ambiance was clean and pretty.
I was a regular here and was disappointed when they shut down a few months ago. Their food and service was excellent.
I noticed that they recently reopened and gave them another try. The chicken is still good but portion sizes have shrunk and prices are up. It’s no longer worth it to go out of my way to eat here anymore.
