This particular ‘paan’ joint seemed dingy/shady from the moment I entered. It was probably the owner who seemed least bothered about customers. Shop was open but there was no paan that night..I also happened to ask him about the paan stains (on the sidewalk and parking lot) outside the shop as it is not common to see this in Canada. He seemed least concerned about this mess and I strongly believe that people who eat paan shouldn’t spit it on public sidewalks or parking lots. But I guess old habits never die!

I had the pleasure of visiting this place and trying both the paan and falooda, and they were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, authentic, and left me wanting more. The uncle who served me was incredibly kind and had such a warm and friendly nature. His hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this spot for anyone looking to enjoy some delicious treats and great service! Will definitely be coming back.

Definitely it’s remind me a Lahore because of that papri chaat and almond milk I had was amazing. Quality quantity and service was amazing. Thank you guys for the delicious food.

Thank you Shalimar for making me taste the worlds WORST Dahi puri. As soon as I entered the store, there were tempting photos of Indian street food, which made me order Dahi puri. Paid 10$ for few golgappes with tamarind water and a spoon of curd in each golgappa. Terrible, pathetic, worst are the only words I can say about the taste. Asked if they have sev or onion atleast to top it, the guy said they don't have sev. Avoid this place.

Good spot for snacks. Staff was friendly. We tried papri chaat and Dahi Bhaly and both were average! Tried out twice and both times they didn’t have the ingredients shown on the photos posted on the wall/menu. However, good to have a neighborhood spot for spicy South Asian snacks.
