Finally found a hot pot place where you can choose/pick what you want. :) It's a good place to eat while catching up with your friends or family. The food is okay, lots of options; thus, the spicy soup base is really spicy🌶️. They have chicken nuggets and sesame balls (butchi) too which I find veryyy yummyyyy! 😉

Wow! Finally an affordable AYCE hot pot experience in SW Calgary!

Shang shang qian (skewer hot pot) is such a cool spot! The self-serve skewer system is genius—no more fishing around for lost meat at the bottom of the pot, and it’s way easier to keep track of what each person put in the hot pot.

Food is unique and really good. I’ve never tried this type of hotpot before but quite popular in China. The place gets crowded so you need to book in advance.
Variety of drinks and food to choose from. It’s self serve so eat to your hearts content. Place isn’t modern and seating isn’t comfortable but the food makes up for it. Will return.
