Ordered a strawberry mojito and it was so sweet that I couldn't drink it. There was no way this drink was made correctly because it was so overly sweet that it just tasted like sugar with no flavour and then there was a thick layer of sugar settled at the bottom of the cup. It was a waster of money.
Yes, I shook the drink first, but there was so much sugar in it that is how much sugar there was to still settle at the bottom. Did you not read when I said the drink was extremely sweet? If this drink was made properly, then I would advise people not to go here because it was disgusting.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. It is unacceptable to have staff with such poor attitudes representing your business. My order was incorrect, and when I approached the staff to rectify it and place a new order, I discovered that they had failed to inform me they were out of pearls, which is why they were missing from my cup. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member responded with unnecessary attitude. This experience reflects poorly on the management and the training of your staff. It is truly disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.
