But I booked out a table for only 6 people and only 5 of my friends showed up but at the end the waitress was really fussing over anything with parties of 5 get instantly charged 18%. This is not right. Really quite annoyed. I have been a loyal customer for a long time but this is quickly changing my mind on how i see shark club. Where is the standards. Is it right to rip off loyal customers

We have been long time patrons and generally enjoy our time at the Shark Club. We rarely see the manager interact and were a little surprised how that changed after Ashley Feinrich left and relocated with the company in Texas. She made everyone feel like they were more than just another customer. We still make it a point to be at the Shark club often!

Service was terrible. According to the server, the bartender and another server didn't show up that day, and there was no manager to be found????? Sat on the patio and a speaker was malfunctioning so it made this annoying noise the entire time. 2/10 would not recommend at all. Service was terrible as we would only see our server once every 25 minutes.

The 'Shark Burger' is so delicious & juicy and Thursdays are a great day to visit for half priced bottles of wine! Our bartender & server Cody was absolutely great. Definitely recommend and if you love sports...even better.

We came to watch the semi-final game for Team Canada. Our Server Molly was great. She was quick and friendly and stopped by to check if we needed anything throughout the night. There were lots of TVs to catch the action and the wings were delicious. Thank you!

We had to seat ourselves even though we had a reservation as there were 8 of us. The server took 10 minutes to come over, even though multiple servers walked past our table and didn't bother asking if we had been greeted. We were one of 5 tables in the restaurant so it's not that the place was packed or even a bit busy. Once we did get service, it was extremely slow and uninterested which is unfortunate because we were celebrating a birthday and were there to spend money. The food was mediocre at best - overly greasy pizza, burnt burger, tiny shreds of cauliflower... just not great. When it came time to our bills, the server didn't give us accurate bills even though we did tell her ahead of time how they would be split. Her response was "our system gets angry when bills are split". We just paid them as they were and figured it out after. Finally, the lights were up so bright it was like daylight in there. We visit this location alot and always have a great time. However I'd think twice before coming back with a group.

It seemed just about every food item me and my family tried was either inedible or disappointing. It was a good place to just sit around and talk, since it was just about empty, but other than that I wouldn't go back.

Highly would recommend this establishment to anybody that just wants to go and get away for a bit. My group of friends end up going to watch a ufc fight that they had there and it was truly a great and enjoyable experience.

The food is always spot on! I did notice this was the first time we had no visit from the manager on duty while dining. In the past it was Ashley of Brent always saying hello and it was unusual not to see anyone as it was no busy .

This location is the place to be on a Saturday night! We were visiting Calgary from out of town, and were looking for a good pace to watch the UFC fights. A friend recommended Sharks, and I’m so glad we decided to come here! The food was delicious and the portions were really reasonable. The bartenders and servers were super friendly, and they were really on top of checking our drinks all night, despite it being busy. The $9.50 double Circoc drink special was perfect for Saturday. Shoutout to Mo and Katelyn! Amazing service!
